I'M AT our house garden, seating in my favorite chair and table, I'm trying to write some script, I wanted to be a Director someday. Like my father before.

But I end up crumbling my paper and throw it on the trash can, I'm just throwing it, trying to shoot it on the trash can, but all the papers are on the grass.

It's really messy.

I try to write again, but I didn't like it, so I throw it without looking where did I throw the paper. "Oh my gosh" I heard someone says and I'm shock to know who it is  "I'm sorry" I said and immediately go to her. 

That day I met Vanessa, our quite neighbor I always see her when she's going home from school. She's beautiful, brown hair and she's also mestisa. I heard also she's a Filipina, but when you look at her for the first time, she looks American.

"Are doing good here son?" Dad asked me over our dinner, and I nooded "Yes Dad, Rúguǒ wǒ yǒu shíjiān, wǒ zǒng shì liànxí táiquándào, rúguǒ wǒ hěn wúliáo, wǒ huì xiě yīxiē jùběn, I'm enjoying my vacation Dad" I said, and Dad nooded.

(Rúguǒ wǒ yǒu shíjiān, wǒ zǒng shì liànxí táiquándào, rúguǒ wǒ hěn wúliáo, wǒ huì xiě yīxiē jùběn means If I have time, I always practice taekwondo, and if I'm bored, I write some scripts)

"Good to know Son" Mom said, and pat my head. I enjoy my dinner with my parents, even though they are busy they always make sure they have enough time for me.

The next day, I decided to practice my taekwondo skills. I saw Vanessa entering their house so I try to greet her "Hi Vanessa!" I said and waved my hand at her, she look at me and smiled at me, before greeting me back "Hello" she said and continue walking inside their house.

I saw myself smiling like an idiot so, I decided to practice again, and I was caught of guard when she spoke "You know how to do taekwondo?" she asked and that time I knew, she's different.

I feel bad for her when she told me her parents, were separated. She's a strong lady to handle all of that, I just watch her talking to her father on the phone while speaking tagalog.

I force myself not to smile, when I'm looking at her, she still have accent while speaking tagalog. I know how to understand and speak some tagalog words, cause i have a best friend, and she's a half chinese and Fil-Am.

I decided to let her be my tutor in speaking tagalog, I just like being with her, I don't know why but I know I'm buildimg something between me and her.

I heard his father, saying to Vanessa I'm his suitor? Look like I'm one? 

After her argument with her father she go out and face me, I stop myself from smiling like an idiot when she's explaining me some basic tagalog words. She's so adorable.

"Are you listening?" she asked me and I just nooded at her, she continue teaching me "Do you understand?" she asked again, and she stop talking  "Oo naman, nakikinig ako sayo" I said in tagalog and she look shock when she heard me.

Her reaction is really cute. And she still teach me some tagalog words and sentence, she's nice and she's good.

At lunch time, her Mom came home, and she have a good family but separated. I enjoy Vanessa's company so I forgot that I will leave tomorrow morning. I pack my clothes at night and since, I'm leaving early, I just decided to write a letter for her, in case she look for me. False hope.

The next morning, I put my letter on their mail box, I wish she noticed it and read it. We go to China to celebrate my Father's birthday, I will be going home tomorrow noon, I wonder if she ever noticed it?
