"You were lying." I said.
"I don't know what you're talking about."
"The apocalypse. She did it, didn't she?"
"Don't tell her." He said, taking another sip of his coffee.
"Why? If I knew I was capable of something like that, then I'd wanna know."
"But you aren't."
I sighed.
He got up and walked to Vanya. I walked out the restaurant. A couple minutes later I heard footsteps behind me.
"Y/n, come on."
"Piss off."
"Look, I just meant it in a different way, alright?"
"I don't care about that, I'm going home."
"You're obviously mad about something."
"Go away."
"Y/n-"
"Fuck you!" I yelled at him, turning around.
He slowly grinned, I groaned and kept walking. He teleported in front of me.
"God, you're so annoying." I mumbled.
"Oh, yeah?"
"Wanker." I insulted.
"Stop it."
"Dickhead."
"Alright, fine. I get it." He teleported away.
I saw him in a taxi, as the taxi driver passed by Five waved with a teasing smile, I flipped him off as I walked away.
I walked into a pet shop and put my hand in the fish tank, I opened the chest. It had the key and room number 217. I walked out of the pet store and went to a hotel, I unlocked the door and put the key in my pocket.
"Is the food here?" I asked as I shut the door behind me. Lila was on the bed.
"Not even close."
"Shit."
"You're late by the way."
"Shut up. Mummy, your favorite is here." I shouted.
Lila rolled her eyes at me.
"Can we get food? I'm starving."
"Of course, hun. You two deserve it."
Lila kissed her cheek, "thanks, Mum."
"Suck up." I scoffed.
"Piss off."
"Bite me." I argued.
In the morning we were eating breakfast together.
"You want me to protect Number Five?" Lila asked.
"It's not that complicated, honey."
"If anyone deserves to die, it's him."
"That's true, but--"
"The most wanted man in the Commission."
"Yes-"
"Now you want me to protect him."
"And you want me to protect Diego. How does that make sense, Mum?" I asked.
"You'll figure it out in the end."
I titled my head.
"I ran into some trouble at the asylum. During the escape. These three blonde guys. Total cowboys."
