Shortly after Heras Barirn ate his lunch, he stormed off the dining area and locked himself in his room.
"I sense that something is wrong with the stranger," Etem said as he left the dining area to follow Heras and to ask him what made him stay in the palace while avoiding communication with its residents.
The count gently knocked at the door of the room where Heras was staying, but there was no response from its occupant. It took the count several knocks on the door of Heras' room until he finally responded, then he entered the room.
"Are you okay...?," Etem asked with a worried look on his face. "Tell me what's wrong."
"Your Highness, I..i..it's that I'm not feeling okay...." Heras said. "I used to be a cadet under the name of Donotyr Lawsma from the planet of Yirrim, and everything was alright until my mentor, the leader of the group, Fugmius was killed by his own assistant on the day I was about to be knighted. She later let the Ignominies, our archenemies and my abductors, operate our organization that rangers and cadets who resisted were killed. Some of the cadets bullied me because of my failed knighting ceremony. The Ignominy usurpation had reached the point that my friends and I had to be split up due to the murders... Vinith was killed in a failed attempt to rescue me, Deng's fate was uncertain, Zena had to hide in a remote area, and I... I had to be sent off-planet," Heras replied, with his brown eyes starting to swell with tears.
Heras cried as he finished telling his story to the count.
"Stop crying," Etem said as he sat on Heras' bed and gently patted his shoulder to comfort him. "Tell me what brought you into my palace."
"After Deng rescued me from the Ignominies, I got lost on a nearby planet until a man named Terrcon Nelvor brought me here for my safety under the name of Heras Barirn," Heras replied.
"Terrcon Nelvor?" Etem remembered when he heard the name Terrcon Nelvor.
"Well, I know him. He was my former Jedi apprentice and he is a frequent guest in my palace," Etem replied.
