In the evening, Etem talked to Heras about what he was thinking this afternoon.
"Heras, what do you think of having lightsaber training?" Etem asked him.
"L...l...lightsaber?" Heras replied with confusion. "I know nothing about using a lightsaber... Also, I haven't used them in a long time since the Ignominies held me captive and that I used a blaster during my training as a ranger..."
"Do not worry, you'll get used to using a lightsaber again," the count replied calmly. "The start of your lightsaber training will be tomorrow."
The next morning Heras remembered the lightsaber parts Terrcon had given to him as a gift on one of his visits to the royal palace, as the green lightsaber he wielded years ago was sequestered by the Ignominies, who in turn had sold it into black market.
This would be one of the rare circumstances that Heras would leave his room for three years, as Terrcon and the servants were the only people he would communicate with during the time he isolated himself from others due to his fear of betrayal.
He found the box that contained the lightsaber parts under the room's closet and started assembling them.
Heras found it difficult to assemble the lightsaber because of not using the Force or holding a lightsaber for years, but he was able to put the parts together.
The most important part of his lightsaber was the rare kyber crystal that appears to be colorless, but will show its color once placed on the lightsaber.
Heras carefully placed the rare kyber crystal into his lightsaber to finish the assembly. After putting the kyber crystals into the hilt, he ignited the saber, which omitted a golden yellow blade.
