Glitched Memories [FNAF AU | Story 1]

~+[ Chapter 10 | Escaped from the hospital ]+~

'Why can't I leave? I'm perfectly fine!...well sort of- I can't feel my body and can't exactly move any of my limbs now...which is weird...also what the fuck did that stupid doctor mean that I'd be "useful" or whatever to them if I was dead-' Daniel/William thought to himself as he just laid in the hospital bed just about to fall asleep since honestly needed to sleep but couldn't as his head slowly started to hurt a bit.

The man tried to move his right arm a small bit as he held his head in pain. "F-fucking headache-" William managed to say but under his breath, as he looked around then continued to try and move a bit more so he could get up and off of the hospital bed. "I...need to get...out of here..." Said William quietly as he looked over to where most of his stuff was lying on a table.

Once had managed to fully get up, take the iv's off of him, and get dressed, William walked away towards the door out of the room he was in. He opened it and looked around as only a few doctors were seen walking up and down the hall while another Doctor was just walking away with a patient in a wheelchair chair. The patient had a broken leg and some other broken limbs and looked as if they fell from a tall building and survived

"Geez..he looks worse than me when I nearly died from a springlock failure..." William mumbled as he quickly walked away towards the front doors of the hospital. He left the hospital and looked around. "Yea, of course, I didn't leave my damn car here in the hospital driveway- Michael fucking drove me here-" William continued to mumble as he then walked away while taking out the hair tie that kept his long blonde hair up as he fixed his messy hair a bit by using his fingers to lightly brush and comb threw his hair a bit then just putting it back up into a ponytail so his hair wasn't in the way or his face, as the man was walking away towards his house which was pretty far but he didn't care.

-Hours later...-

"What do you mean he isn't in his room?!" Michael sort of yelled to Luni. "I mean, Terence, He's no longer in his room- he probably left sometime this morning while I was in the emergency room dealing with a patient-...one especially that was about to die.." said Luni as that last part they just said quietly to himself. "Oh..well alright then- Just call me if anything pops up or whatever about him.." said Michael as he walked away from the hospital.

Evan and Elizabeth just sat in the car as Evan was just messing with a small ribbon and trying to tie it into a small bow. Michael entered the car on the driver's side as he sighed in frustration a bit. "So..are we able to go see him?" Elizabeth asked. "Nope- because dad left the hospital around this morning-" said he. "Wait what?! Isn't he supposed to stay in the hospital for the next few days?" Elizabeth replied. "Yup- and I believe I might know where Dad is right now-" said Michael as he started the car and quickly drove away.

-Meanwhile...-

William would be in his house as he had locked the front door and walked away into the kitchen as he was checking the cabinets for something. "Damnit don't tell me I fucking ran out- I had a giant supply of Remnant-" said he as William then kept looking till he opened up a secret little compartment under the sink as a few bottles of Remnant were seen as he grabbed one of them then quickly ran off to the bathroom to find a syringe he had.

Once inside the bathroom, William opened up a drawer that had a few syringes. He grabbed one of them and filled the syringe with remnant before just stabbing it into his arm and injecting himself with the remnant and yelling in pain, although, even tho William knew of the side effects that would come afterward since hadn't had any Remnant in 2 months he didn't care as he tossed the empty syringe away before holding his head in pain and then slowly blacking out and collapsing onto the floor of the bathroom.

Michael opened the door to William's house as he walked away inside and quickly looked around then looked into the kitchen and saw under and in the sink cabinet was a hidden compartment that had a bunch of emergency/extra remnant in it. Evan and Elizabeth went into the house as well since wanted to help look for William. "Where the fuck is he or did he already run off again-" said Michael as he quickly walked away and checked the bedroom and the guest room while Elizabeth checked the bathroom and saw William laying on the floor unconscious. "Mike! I found him!" Said she.

Michael quickly ran over to where Elizabeth was and so did Evan who was about to go check the garage. Elizabeth just carefully walked over to William while looking around the bathroom a bit and seeing the half-empty bottle of remnant nearby and the syringe on the ground nearby in a corner. Michael entered the bathroom and looked at William and saw the man was unconscious.

"Wh-what do we do now?.." Evan asked since only peaked inside of the bathroom a bit. "I'll try and wake him up- you two just head home-" said Michael. "No I'm staying-" Elizabeth replied. "I need you both to head home- I bet you this bastard fine-" said Michael while Elizabeth just checked William's pulse to see if he was still alive to which luckily he was tho it was extremely slow-paced. "Mike- he isn't doing well and besides you don't need to take care of him by yourse-"

"Yea well, I do he's my responsibility!-" Michael snapped as he then continued. "Sorry.." said he quietly then continued. "I have to take care of him and make sure he doesn't murder any more people- doesn't ruin any more lives- and I have to keep three promises now because of him- one from Cassidy who threatened to bite my head off if I broke her promise- well two actually- one to keep Evan safe and the other two keep a close eye on William and the other from a contract me and him made where if he killed any more people or just killed anyone he'd get exposed for who he was and handed in directly to the police..." Said Michael as Elizabeth and Evan stayed quiet.

"W-wait- Cassidy...asked you to keep me safe?..." Evan asked. "Yup-" Michael replied. "I didn't think...she'd be..so nice..." Said he. "Yea...n i c e..." Michael nervously replied. "But still- you two head home- I'll take care of Dad for now-" said he. "O-ok.." said Evan as he walked away. "You do realize I-" "That you're still staying yea yea I know you're stubborn like that- and if so then help me drag him to the living room or hell to his room" said Michael as he walked over to William and picked him up from under his arms and was about to drag him away. "Ugh fine-" said she as Elizabeth walked over and grabbed William's legs as the two carried and sort of dragged the man away into the living room and put him down on the couch.

Nate meanwhile as he was about to leave the house saw a nearby cracked photo as he picked it up and looked at it, it was an old family photo of all five of them together before anything bad even happened, Michael, Evan, Elizabeth, William...and Clara... their mother. "Wonder why dad kept this..I thought Mike said he saw dad burn this..." he quietly said then just looked to where Elizabeth and Michael were who seemed to be talking about something as Evan took the photo out of the broken photo frame while being careful of the broken glass and would fold up and hide the photo in one of his pockets before then walking away over to Michael's car since was gonna use it to drive back to Michael's place.

As Evan started the car and drove away back towards Michael's place he'd continue to think about the photo even more as he just sighed a bit. 'I miss you, mom...I wish you were here honestly...Then I wouldn't have to feel so...scared...' Evan thought to himself as he kept driving.
