Glitched Memories [FNAF AU | Story 1]

~+[ Chapter 35 | Dismantled and Torn ]+~

Elizabeth just kept hiding where she was while watching William and making sure he didn't go to where Sam was hiding and try anything, mostly dealing with Sam getting hurt. Sam just held his hand to his mouth just trying to not hyperventilate since hated stressful or scary situations that required him to be dead silent, then again most people would if in Sam's situation.

As Elizabeth kept hiding, she'd noticed that William was covered slightly in a glowing red liquid, oil, and a bit of blood which was mainly his own since he had what looked like some sort of sharp piece of metal just sticking out of one of his arms that he didn't seem to care for it.

While William was distracted, She'd notice something down one of the hallways. The girl slowly crawled out from under the table she was under, which in her defense was pretty dumb but she didn't care as she quickly but carefully crawled away to under another table since wanted to get closer and have a better look at what was down the hallway.

As the girl looked down the hallway, she'd notice that Lexi was down the hallway but almost completely mangled and destroyed as he was just laying on the ground while an axe was seen nearby. 'Shit- He dismantled Lexi! wait- why the fuck am I worried about him?' Elizabeth thought as she just looked to where William was who had thrown the can away and just walked away back to where Lexi was.

The girl just watched as William continued to take Lexi apart as he just mostly tore out mechanical parts that seemed useless and or useful for him to use. Before Elizabeth could even get up as well she'd hear Evan cry and yell which made her get out from under the table and run to the hall where she saw a tall 7'8ft almost 8ft animatronic just holding up Evan by his neck while a bunch of string could be seen slowly leading to Evan's neck.

The animatronic just looked at Elizabeth as their eye color kept changing tho mostly to familiar eye colors as it changed from purple[For Michael and William], ember with hints of purple in his eyes, mostly near the pupil[For Evan], dark emerald green[For Detective George], a bright almost crystally like green[For Elizabeth], yellow/gold[For Sam], then back on repeat in that order.

The animatronic also from what Elizabeth could see would be a puppeteer animatronic based on their clothing and just on the strings that came out of their fingers, but based on how they were slightly designed with their thin long body and limbs, they almost purposefully looked like that of a puppet or something.

"Put him down!" she yelled while not realizing what she just did as the animatronic just looked at Elizabeth and smiled. "Ok then L i z!" said he as they let go of Evan's neck. All the strings or at least most of the stronger thicker strings around Evan's neck tightened and Evan would gasp slightly as he struggled to try and make the strings let go of his neck but he couldn't as he started tearing up while kicking and trying to get himself free.

Before Elizabeth could quickly run over and help she would have gotten knocked out by William as she collapsed to the floor while the last thing she saw was Evan's body slowly about to stop moving as everything went black.

-Later...-

Elizabeth woke up hours later as she quickly got up and looked around but noticed that she was in the old underground circus baby's and rental pizzeria as she slowly started panicking more as she hyperventilated while looking around the room of the control room more before then noticing that Sam and Lexi were seen nearby as Sam was unconscious while Lexi just laid on the ground, completely shut down and barely moving.

The girl got up and slowly walked over to Sam and check his pulse as the man's pulse was slow-paced. Elizabeth then slightly shook his unconscious body just to double-check if he was alive.

"Just t-tt-o lll-let-t-t y-ye--ou kn-n-kn-know h-he's b-bbb-b-een o-out a wh-hh-hi-i-le..." said Lexi weakly while his voice box glitched and almost distorted.

"Lexi!? How-" "B-bb-ba-aa-ac-ackup b-bb-aaaa-a-tt-tery..." said he while accidentally interrupting the girl. "Heh- You know with your voice box being partly broken and you not able to pronounce words correctly, It just sounds like your a sheep or something" said she while smiling a small bit as Lexi just glared at her and refused to say anything more.

"Oh come on that was funny!" said she as she was mainly trying to cheer herself up since didn't like the situation nor the place they were in right now.

"w-ww-we-i-ii-w-weir-rr-rdo..." said Lexi as Elizabeth was about to kick him but instead lightly kicked him since honestly didn't want to be alone and because a powerful kick or just a normal kick, in general, would shut him down for good or worse just deactivate him and make him more broken then he already was.

"H-hhh-ahah-hah, Weak-" said Lexi as Elizabeth glared at him before then just walking away. "Wh-ww-w-what? I th-tt-th-h-thought I was being f-ff-funny!" said Lexi as Elizabeth continued to walk off somewhere which was through a small vent doorway and into the funtime auditorium. 

As she roamed around she noticed how dead quiet everything was and the fact it mostly smelled terrible like something died...but then again, in order for them to escape, they had to kill a couple of engineers-mostly two or three-to trick handunit that they were on stage still...even if they had to make it look like the engineers killed themselves by hanging themselves.

The girl then got out a flashlight and shined it around the room and saw the hanging body of the poor engineer was still there. Elizabeth only whispered the words, "Sorry for what I did..for what we all did..." to the engineer as she then walked off.

Elizabeth looked to her right and pointed the flashlight to the right as she noticed a bunch of old dried-up blood near the door and the smell of decay and rotting flesh coming more from the room though it was now mostly faint but still reeked of death.

"Already fucking hate this place-..." she mumbled as then some glitched laughter was heard from the private room no one was really allowed to go into besides William or another guard.

Elizabeth walked towards the door and opened it and to her surprise, Handunits voice was still operational as he said, "It seems you have wandered into a restricted area. Due to the sensitive nature of the materials that you may be exposed to here, you will not be allowed to leave until the clean-up crew arrives at 6 AM, So hang on tight! Rest assured that you will be promptly rescued, fired, then sent home. Thank you for being an employee. We hope that your experience has not been as regrettable as ours!"
