Y/n turned around to a see a short male with white hair followed by a black haired male. The white male raised a brow, as neither of the woman answered his question.

Bold female. I might give her a job.

"Sir, she went crazy about wanting a job here." the woman that earlier seemed to like Y/n.
"What?" Y/n turned offended to her. "You are the one who gave me hopes saying it's the best CV you ever seen."
"You Japanese ain't good, you foreigner." she tried to escape the situation somehow.
"Foreigner? Do you what to see what a foreigner does?" Y/n quickly turned around and gave the white male her CV. "Hold these, please, I have to dral with that bitch first." Y/n said quickly walking to the woman.

A job there was, indeed, wanted by Y/n but her pride was 100 more important than that. And she won't let any person to make her look bad.

"Izana, shouldn't we stop them?" the blacked haired male said as he saw how the woman beat each other and Izana was just looking through the female's CV without caring about the woman beating each other.
"If none of them dies it's fine. Kakucho, after they finish with that," the short me said confused looking at the strange yet painful position the females where in. "bring Y/n L/n in my office. It might be her lucky day." he continued as he showed the other her documents and Kakucho simply nodded.

[...]

"I'm so sorry." Y/n apologize to Kakucho.
"It's fine. Don't worry about it." he assured the girl. "Come on, the boss wants to see you. I guess he really like your CV." he said signaling the female to follow him.
"I didn't showed the boss my CV." she said confused.
"True, you pretty much made him hold it." he laughed.
"That was the boss?" she said surprised and male simply nodded.

Oh, shit. Well, i hope he likes bold women.

"You might have a chance on getting a job here." he said entering the elevator and pressing the buton to the highest floor, making the females eyes sparkle at his affirmation. "The boss likes bold persons."

[...]

"Miss L/n, right?" Izana asked and Y/n quickly nodded feeling anxious.

With her experience in work, this was her first and probably last interview for a job. She never needed to do it. Y/n wanted to see this interview as a business metting between 2 company, yet she failed. She wasn't intimidate by the Tenjiku's boss even though he look like a scary boss, which probably he is. And they were alone, as Kakucho wasn't allowed to assist and Y/n kinda liked his company.

"Are you that disparate for a job?" he asked her.
"No. No. It's not like that." her words made the male raise his brow. "That woman there start saying how good my CV was and compliment me and suddenly she just kept refusing me. As you probably read from my CV, i worked in America for about half of my life. I don't really know how things in Japan work now." she quickly explained.
'Why did you come back to Japan? You had a pretty high place at the company you worked at. Not to mention that your salary was maybe as big as the company." he curiously asked.
"Yes, i was doing great, but i really missed Japan and I wanted to come back." she smiled.
"Why did you choose Tenjiku? If you google it, which you probably did. You saw this ain't no easy company." he asked her being curious about her answer.
"Small companies don't always success with their plans, it would be a waste of time trying to work for one sometimes. However if you aim for big companies, where you can show your potential, you might as well succeeding in life. Big companies mostly has the money and the boss overworks himself, it's not quite the people behind him doing the work. Small companies has the people but not the necessary money and most of they times they don't have enough sales and company closes. I'm not going to say that cliché with 'you need someone like me in your company' but I'll say that i might be useful to you in a way or another. I also promise, I'll my behavior with your workers will be more acceptable and friendly if you decide to hire me." she said putting a big smile on her face trying to hide the anxious feeling.
"I like your speech. Then," he took out some papers. "sign these." he quickly gave her a pen making her a little confused. "Once you sign these you are officially my assistant." he continued pointing at the woman to sign them which she quickly did it after. "However, let's keep it professional, I don't my face on any billboards because of you or any of my personal information to get leaked." he warned her.
"Of course, boss." she smiled.
"Call me Izana."
