"Izana-san, could you make me a favor?" she asked the male after they exit the meeting room.
"Sure. What do you want?" he said not thinking much about what her need was.
"Could i leave earlier today?" she asked with puppy eyes.

Izana wasn't sure if he should let her leave or not. She works there for about 2 weeks but after they had lunch together they started to become more close as they would start talking more friendly with each other and sometimes informal. However, he felt like he barely knows something about her, she talked about herself but she never really said something important or big.

"Why? Are you sick? Something happened?" he asked wanting to know more about why she wanted to leave earlier.

On the other hand, Y/n had no idea how to explain to Izana that she has to attend Kazuki's practice as she promised and that if she doesn't go there he will mostly likely make her do something for him, as his favorite thing to do is to spend money she could only think at the worst since she wasn't that financially stable.

"No, I'm feeling great. I just have this issue at my apartment with the water for some reason and the plumber said he can only come at 5 pm. It's only one hour earlier. I totally understand if i can't leave." she made up a lie.
"No, no, that's fine. That's more important, plus there isn't much to do anyway. You should get going is about 5." he said still questioning the woman in his mind.

I don't believe a word she says.

"Yes, boss?" Kakucho said as he entered the white haired male office.
"Cancel everything i had left for the day." he said as he quickly took his coat.
"But you have a really important meeting at 5:15 pm, you waited a lot for it." Kakucho said surprised by his boss sudden actions.
"You attend it for me or let one of the Haitani's go if you don't want." he said as he was walking at the door.
"Why can't Y/n go?" the blacked haired male asked.
"She can't. I also have some important business to attend." Izana walked past Kakucho and left the room.
"What's wrong with him today?" Kakucho asked himself after the shorter male left the room. "And i thought i would leave earlier today." he sigh as he left the room.

It could be coincidence, but Izana managed to get out of the building right at the time Y/n was getting inside a car.

Isn't that the car that picked her up last time?

He rushed to get a taxi and quickly told the taxi driver to follow the car she just got in.
There was one thing Izana hated the most and it was lying. If it turns out she was actually going at her house, he had no problem with it but he felt like she was lying to him.
And after about 15 minutes, his thoughts became real. They arrived at a swimming pool. He really wanted to believe that she will pick up the plumber from this place but when she exited the car along with a male all his fake scenarios broke apart. He quickly passed the driver the money, most likely leaving a tip since he didn't count the money and quickly exit the car.

"I'll give my best since you came Y/n." the male that Y/n was following said. "Everyone will be so surprised that i bring a beautiful woman with me." he continued.
"Kazuki!" she said smiling. "You do overreact."

She has a boyfriend?

He wasn't sure what he felt. Betrayal? Jealousy? Love? Anger? A mixture between those feelings?
He never felt this before as no woman really made him interested and thought Y/n was the same. A simple friend, a co-worker. He never thought his feelings will change towards a woman that barely talks about herself. A mysterious woman.
He followed behind them, leaving some place between him and them so Y/n won't see him.

"Sir?" the receptionist asked making Izana look confused. "Who are you here for?"
"Kazuki." he simply said as he hoped that it wasn't a nickname, the receptionist simply nodded as they handed him a little paper.

Why am i even acting like this.

He took a seat somewhere at the back as Y/n had a front seat, cheering for Kazuki.

"Y/n! I did good, right?" Kazuki said running to his older sister trying to not slip.
"Yes, you did. And you are also good at causing me trouble at work." she said rolling her eyes.
"I love you too, sister. I'll go change and then we can eat at that fancy restaurant you like." he said quickly leaving the girl.

[...]

"Sir? Excuse me, but only the swimmers and the coaches are allowed here." Kazuki said confused as he looked at the short yet fancy dressed male that was inside the lockers.
"I know. However as long as you don't tell anyone nobody will know i was here, right?" Izana smirked at the male as Kazuki nodded confused at the males words.

He looks younger than me and Y/n.

"Why are you here?" Kazuki finally asked the white haired male.
"I was curious about something." he said and the younger nodded. "What's your relationship with Y/n? She left work earlier than usual just to meet you." he said as he looked straight into Kazuki's eyes that suddenly calmed down.
"I see. So you are her boss, right?"
