Mina's shoulder felt really heavy that Sana was holding, it wasn't that strong but it was enough to crush her seeing Momo's face.
"What is Y/N doing in the club? You were there too, right?!" A pang of jealous rushed through her and Sana's eyes went round. She wanted to say something but she held back.
"How-"
"Y/N carried you here... and told us to see you here. What in the world are you doing...?!"
"Momoring, that's as far as you go-" Sana was cut off.
"You're in the way! How could I make Y/N look at me if you're careless?!" Her confession had shocked the two girls in riot.
Mina was startled.
As was Sana.
The words that Momo blurt out was something the girls didn't expect. Their mouth was hanging open. They are confused.
"I like Y/N, okay?! I want Y/N all by myself! You know that Mina, right?!" Momo cries but there were no tears.
Misunderstandings can never be resolved and you ask question for reassurance, sometimes you get the answer that might not be right but they're a fine answers.
"I have made plans already and I'm going to ask Y/N to watch me perform in School Festival... yet if you keep getting in my way, I can't make it happen!" Momo complains one more time.
Mina was frozen, still hanging open. It wasn't her intention to get in the way. She was simply dense for not realizing. There's Sana, who couldn't say what she was suppose to say -- or anything at all.
"Do you have any idea what Y/N is doing right now...?!" Momo's voice lowered.
Mina wanted to apologize for being such an awful friend, and although she knows sorry is not something Momo would want to hear at the moment. What crashes her heart is the sadness across Momo's face.
Momo was important to Mina. She used to care and support her, but she was busy with other businesses that had neglected her care for Momo.
She was bathed with guilt.
"Momo..." Mina mumbles.
"But I'm..." Momo frowns, she shook her head and wall towards the other side to sit. Momo reached Mina's hand and bowed.
"I was also scared when I heard you passed out... Don't push yourself anymore..."
This was saying that Mina is also important to her. She cries and tears flown down her face.
"I'm sorry, Momo," With this, Mina wraps her warm hand around Momo's hand and caress her for a big hug. "This is all on me... I didn't want to be a burden to you guys,"
"You're not burden at all! We're friends, Mina! You've done a lot," Sana tells.
"I'm really sorry for my careless act," Mina was helping Momo to calm down, rubbing her back.
"Stupid nerd! You can't order me around like that! Who do you think you are?!" These were the words that Mina clearly remembered. It was the day the both of them became friends.
"Join Helper's Club with me. It's not an order. I'm getting complaints by your severe acts to the students. I'm here to teach you how to be a good girl,"
"The fuck...?! Stay away from me...!"
"You're such a cute kitty,"
"Huh?!"
Mina took a step, and Momo was scared that she startled everytime Mina goes near. "I said stay away..!"
"You're just like a cute kitty that's afraid to get approached to a harmless human being like me, a beautiful one to be exact,"
"..Shut up! Go off! You total bitch nerd!"
"I supposed I can't let you speak in profanity and call me names like that further. But I like it,"
"You like it?! Weirdo!"
"I'll get you a friend you desire,"
"...Huh?"
"Let's see... I'll be your first friend instead. I'll stay by your side and listen to your words. I'd be happy if you let me support you with your doings,"
"I-I don't need friend...!"
"I'll find you a lover too,"
"I don't need that!"
"Your wish is my command... I'm your genie,"
Momo didn't know how she would react but she was certainly happy when Mina said she'll be her first friend. Momo's wish has always been granted. Her desires and needs, in fact, Momo was spoiled literally.
And when Mina was starting to get out of hand, this anger Momo when her wishes aren't answered but despite that, she choose not to hate Mina.
"I'll make sure Y/N will watch your perfomance in school festival," Mina says and all Momo could do was nod.
"You're falling in love, hm?" Mina smiles.
"...Yes,"
"W-wait...! Y/N is the one you had a crush on-" Sana panics that her voice jumbled.
"I'll keep that in mind." Mina tells. "You have my support,"
As the problem resolved, it was nearly time to get straight the point as Mina asked. "By the way, what happened to Y/N right now?"
"Mhph!" Momo sulks again.
"Er..."
"Y/N went to the student council on your behalf,"
"...Oh, I knew it,"
"But... Y/N is going to manage the School Festival and the Committee members agreed to it,"
The room was utterly quiet for a brief moment until Mina speaks.
"...What?"
