As the evening approached, I decided to lend a hand to the Committee members as they readied the stage for the upcoming 3MIX event.

Making my way backstage, I unexpectedly crossed paths with Nayeon and the others.

With a wave of her hand, Nayeon greeted, "Hey, Y/N! Have you made a decision on the song we'll be performing?"

I hesitated for a moment before nodding and replied, "Well, actually, hmm..."

"It's incredibly endearing to use our song as a confession," Jihyo beams with excitement, and Jeongyeon concurs.

"Who would've thought this once self-proclaimed loner would find love? It seems your heart is vulnerable to a lady's charm," She remarked.

"I sense a hint of criticism, though I want to clarify, I'm merely a human with limited experience in social gatherings," I offered, sharing my perspective.

Nayeon's smile took on a mysterious face, as though she already knew to the impending outcome. "We're going to set this place on fire," she proclaimed.

"Whoa, she's fired up," Jihyo remarked.

"By the way, if you're all right with it, my younger sister Chaeyoung is a huge fan of yours. Would you mind taking some photos with her afterward?" I shared.

"Absolutely, we'd be delighted to. After all, she's Seungwan's little sister too, isn't she?" While the topic was a bit insensitive, I had moved beyond being concerned by her absence and responded truthfully.

"Yes," I confirmed.

"Y/N, the lights are set. Would you mind giving us a quick check?" My team asked, and I nodded in agreement.

"Time for me to head out," I informed the celebrities, and they waved their goodbyes.

"Until later, when you're with your girlfriend," Nayeon chimed in playfully.

I paused, feeling a blush creep onto my cheeks, and glanced back at her over my shoulder. "Is there any chance she might actually figure out who it is?" I whispered.

Both my mom and Chaeyoung understand that I'm still quite busy, even as the Festival kicks off. Thankfully, I don't have to be concerned since they're keeping company with Sana and Momo.

However, I'm unsure about Mina. I haven't had the chance to see her.

"Things are coming together nicely. How's the DJ station looking?" I inquired, glancing up towards the location of the music controller. They responded with a thumbs-up signal, indicating it was all set.

"Great. Let's get some chairs arranged. We don't want the audience standing for an entire hour after all," I instructed.

"Y/N, um, have you seen Mina?" someone asked.

"No, I've been searching for her too," I replied.

"I spotted Mina on the rooftop!" another person chimed in. It appears she's distancing herself from the crowd, probably due to her hatred to large gatherings.
