Andys pov:

I watched Rayn run off to the bathroom. I heard the click, and the door locked shut.

I was running my hands through my hair.
"Fuck." I mumbled.

I needed to fix this. I have to get over it.

My phone began to buzz. I glanced at the name.
It was unknown.

I picked it up, holding the phone to my ear.
"Is this Andy?" The voice was a lighter tone.

"Who is this? How did you get my number?" I mumbled.

"Ethan...uhm, my name is Grant, he said you Uhm..."

"No, I don't. I stopped that." I mumbled.

"Okay, but Andy...be careful. He knows about the other one."
I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Wait, what?" I spoke before the phone went quiet.

I threw my phone onto the couch in frustration.
I made my way over to the bathroom. I took a breath to stop myself from pounding on the door.

I heard soft sniffles that made my shoulders fall and my back slouch.

I pressed my palms into my eyes before tapping on the door.

"Rayn...I'm sorry, I really am. I want to take you. I want to trust you. It's just...h-hard." I whispered. There was a choked sob.

"I-I need h-help." He whispered faintly.

I furrowed my eyebrows. "What?"

"I-I'm gonna pass out..."

Aggressively turning the door knob, which was locked, my panic set in.
What did he do?

"Hun, can you please open the door?"
There was a soft grunt and movement from behind the door.
Before, it finally clicked open.

Just as it opened, his tiny body fell backward onto the floor. I dropped down to my knees. His nails were covered in blood.

His stomach had scratches, which were bleeding through his shirt, along with his thighs.

"Rayn!" I shouted as I grabbed a washcloth. He groaned as he attempted to push himself up.

"I-I'm okay." He mumbled. His arms trembled as he tried to hold himself up. His left arm gave out.

"Why did you do this?" I quickly blurt out as I try to clean up the blood as best as possible.

He shrugged as he backed himself up against the wall.
He started, not looking in my eyes.

"Tell me," I spoke softly. Even though I could hear my pulse, my head was pounding.

"Do I need to take you in?"
He rapidly shook his head.

"Nu-uh! No hospitals...p-please."

"Then tell me."

"I-I wanna be enough...I wanna be good enough for you..." he sniffled. My face softened as I understood his words.

I sighed before I continued to clean up his wounds.
I cleaned them dry and applied some ointment, a few wraps, and bandages where I could, all without saying a word.

"Andy?" He mumbled as I finished up.

I glanced up at him raising my eyebrows, not sparing a word.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry for ruining everything. I'm sorry for causing you so much trouble. I'm sorry."

"Rayn-"

"I'll go, I'll be done, I will stop trying and leave you alone." I instantly perked up. My chest hurt, and my breathing stopped.
Don't go, please don't leave me.
Please don't leave me.

"No, Rayn! That's not what I want...I want you, please don't go."

"I'm going to get over it for you, I promise. I promised to keep you safe. I'm not breaking that."
Do better, Andy! Make him feel wanted.

"Are you sure? If you say the word, I'll leave..." he whispered, his gaze still burned to the ground.

"I won't ever say the word...please be mine. As much as I have my problems and you have yours, I won't let you go." He smiled softly. His gaze finally traveled to mine.

"Y-yours?"

"Yes, Rayn, please be mine...?"

A small smile appeared on his face. I watched his beautiful purplish-blue eyes as they sparkled.
He nodded. As he quickly wrapped his arms around my neck, shoving his nose into my neck.

I wrapped my arms around him. I pulled him into my lap.
"C'mon, let's go cuddle in bed." I kissed his head as I carried him into my bed. I threw him onto the bed as I pulled my shirt over my head. Before crashing next to Rayn, I pulled the covers over our bodies.

Our legs intertwined as his head rested on my chest. I hugged his slight frame as his breaths became even.

He was fast asleep. It didn't take long before I was right after.

I woke up the following day, glancing down to see my beautiful Rayn. The sun was shining through the windows.

Rayns beautiful blue eyes fluttered open. He smiled at me softly.

We took our time getting out of bed before we started making breakfast.

"Pancakes, please." Rayn fluttered his eyelashes and stuck out his bottom lip. I smiled as I picked him up putting him on the counter. I kissed his lips softly.

I could taste the sweet mint of his toothpaste and his cherry chapstick.

"You taste good," I smirked against his lips as I kissed him again.

"I can cook if you want." He said, grabbing my forearm.

"I got it. Remember what happened last time." I smirked. His cheeks blushed as he nervously looked away.

"I'm gonna go check on Felix and bring him breakfast," Rayn spoke softly, finishing the pancakes. He held out the plate as I placed them onto his plate.

I finished cutting up fruit and putting it into a bowl.
"Andy!" Rayns voice echoed through the house, full of fear.
I rushed into the room as Rayn stood before the empty bed.

"Andy...he's gone...." Rayn whispered.

"Shit! He must've left in the middle of the night...."

"What do we do?" He turned around to me with glossy eyes.

"We can't do anything, Rayn...we barely know anything about it. I'm glad we could give him a safe space for the night, but there's nothing more we can do...I'm sorry."
Just as I finished my sentence, my phone began to ring. It was an old friend of mine.

I declined it. Rayn furrowed his eyebrows at my phone.

Before it started to ring again immediately.
"Hold on."

"What's up, Adrian?"

"I just lost my best bartender on the busiest night. I need backup. Can you make it?"

I pinched the bridge of my nose. This wasn't the night for this...his bar wasn't the most appropriate.
I couldn't leave Rayn alone.

"Uhm, is it okay if my boyfriend comes?"

"Woah...someone finally settled down, huh...." I heard his deep chuckle; Adrian was a few years older than me.

"But yeah, I can't wait to meet him." The phone went silent shortly after.

"I'm sorry, Rayn, I gotta help, my friend."
He had a slight smile on his face, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Y-you called me your boyfriend..." his cheeks blushed red.

"You're a dork." I pulled him into a hug, wrapping my arms around him.

I felt him smile against my chest.
We needed to let Felix go. He wasn't ours, to begin with.
"God, I hope he's safe...." I whispered.

Rayn nodded against my chest. "Me too..."

Guys, I'm getting so anxious. I just want Andy and Rayn to have their love ughhhh.

Any thoughts?
