Sonic & the Legend of the Order of the Stone: The Rise of the Admin - Ep. 1

Part 3: Monstrous Mines

After reaching the bottom of the stairs, Sonic, Jesse, and friends find themselves in a cavernous chamber.

At the far end lies the entrance to a tunnel, where many miners can be seen hard at work, using their pickaxes and shovels to mine for materials to be used back in town.

Looking around, Jesse then calls,

Jesse: Petra? Huh, I swear her message said to meet her right here.

Sonic: She's gotta be down here somewhere.

Shadow: We might have to look for her first.

All members of the group then start to look around the dark chamber as they attempt to find the warrior.

Jesse: Petra! Where are you...?

Cream: Miss Petra... Please be alright...

Cheese: Chao...

Espio: I'm getting a bad feeling about this...

Knuckles: Same here...

Just then, the group hears a strange growling noise from nearby.

They then turn to see the source of the growling - a large group of green-skinned creatures in blue shirts and shorts slowly walking towards them.

Sonic: Watch out! Zombies!

Charmy: Zombies? (hiding behind Vector) There are zombies in this world?

Jesse: Yeah. (draws sword) Don't worry, they're not that hard to beat.

Tails: They're also pretty common in this world, as they appear in dark places, like these mines.

Shadow: They also tend to come out at night.

Rouge: That's good to know...

Amy: Yeah... It looks like these guys are looking for a fight.

To this, Sonic draws his diamond sword and says,

Sonic: Okay, we'll deal with the zombies first. Then we'll look for Petra.

Jesse: Okay, let's do it. Man, I've missed this...

Tails: We know how you feel... (pinches nose) Though I haven't missed the smell all that much...

Shadow: Save the talk for later.

Sonic: My thoughts exactly! Now let's do this thing!

With this, Sonic leaps into the air and curls into a ball before launching himself into Homing Attack.

Sonic then hits one of the zombies. The impact not only knocks the monster down, but also launches him into the air so he can hit another zombie with a second Homing Attack.

Sonic: Still got it!

Jesse, meanwhile, slowly approaches two other zombies.

As Jesse gets in close, he swings his sword, causing the zombies to stumble back.

Jesse swings his sword again as the zombies approach, knocking one of them onto its back and causing it to disappear.

Afterwards, he hits the other zombie with a rightward swing, knocking it down before he stabs it in the back.

As Sonic hits several zombies with his diamond sword, he notices that Jesse looks visibly exhausted and asks,

Sonic: You alright?
