"Samuel," I'm still very tired and my chest is still burning in pain. I reached out my purse and take out my meds, "Wag mo tawagin ang doctor."

"P-pero," Tiningnan niya ako, "Kailangan-" I cut him off.

"No, wag na. I'm fine now, can I go home?" I lied but I really don't wanna be stuck in this hospital. I drank my pills even though wala akong dalang tubig.

"Vitamins?" He asked and I just nod.

"Samuel, kung gusto mong dinggin kita, let me get out of here." I begged, he looked at me again. Eyes full of conflict.

"Fine." He breathed a deep sigh at kinuha ang mga naka dextrose sa akin.

Umiwas ako ng tingin, " I'll listen to your story once I get home." I said coldly and I heard him sigh again.

"Okay.." He carried me in a bridal style at agad na lumabas ng room.

"Sir saan niyo po dadalhin ang pasyente?" Isang nurse ang nakasalubong namin.

"A walk." He shortedly reply. Kumunot ang noo ng Nurse ngunit tinanguan ko lamg ito as a sign that it's consensual.

We got out without creating a mess, thankfully. I'm still in my dress kaya di siguro alam ng iba na pasyente pa ako. Oh well, works better that way.

Nakarating kami sa kaniyang kotse at agad naman niya itong pinaandar nang makapasok na kami. We have an awkward silence between us and I never plan to break it. Gusto ko muna ng katahimikan.

He stopped the car infront of our house. Aalis na sana ako ng bigla niya akong pinigilan.

"You'll listen to me right?" Nagmamakaawa ang boses neto. Hindi ko alam kung anong ekspresyon ang kaniyang sinusuot dahil nakatalikod ako sakaniya. I can feel him staring intently at me, "What she said is true. Kami pa before niya nalaman na arranged sila ni Denzel but Farah, I never loved her. Yes I'm obsessed with her, but it's because of Denzel. I told you before that I was jealous of him right? Because our parents always acknowledges him except me. Sa akin palaging "bakit di ka gumaya sa kambal mo" o "tingnan mo yung kambal mo".." His voice cracked liked he was about to cry, "Wala akong kaibigan noon Farah, my parents won't allow me because I am not Denzel, the kind-hearted successful Denzel. Lumaki akong nagtatanong kung anong kulang sa akin, kambal naman kami diba?" He sobbed, "So when I heard he's arranged to marry Jasmine, I planned to destroy it. Yes I kidnapped her, but something never happened between us. I made it clear for her," Hinawakan niya ang aking kamay at hinilot hilot, "It was just a month, after that umuwi ako and told Denzel everything. And did you know what he did? Nothing. He smiled to me with tears in his eyes and thanked me," Natawa siya, "That damned motherf*cker. He didn't blame me or anything, instead he patted my back and whispered "I understand bro." Sino ba nasa tamang isip na gagawin yun? Just my brother....and Jasmine really went missing after pero wala na akong alam doon."

Katahimikan ang bumalot sa amin matapos niyang sinabi iyon. Pumikit ako at ilang minuto pa, "I want to rest." I told him.

"D-do you believe me?" He asked, voice still shaking, "Please believe me Farah, baby...I promise that I'll prove my change to you right? I love you please-"

"Uuwi na ako Samuel." Matigas kong sabi kaya natahimik siya.

I opened the door, buti nalang at hindi na ako masyadong nalulula. My head is getting stable but the burning pain in my heart won't subside.

Busy ako sa pagluluto ng dinner ko ng biglang may nag doorbell. Padabog kong inalagay ang mga spices at tinanggal ang apron.

I was about to scold Samuel dahil alam ko namang siya lang ang pumupunta dito especially sa away namin kanina but when I opened the door I was surprised, it's not him that I see standing in front of me having a painful expression.
