Ella's pov

''GET AN ABORTION ELLA''My mother yelled at me while holding a pregnancy test in her hand and waving it around in the air. Rory had gotten me pregnant and now my mother is pissed since Rory isn't alive to give the baby a crown or something.

''I-I wanna keep the baby though''I whispered while rubbing my stomach and tears streamed down my face..''ELLA YOU'LL LOOK LIKE A FUCKING WHORE..IT SEEMS YOU'RE HAVING SEX WITH RANDOM MEN" My mother yelled which made me ball up my fist.

''WELL, I FUCKING DIDN'T...I WAS RAPED...GET THAT THROUGH YOUR FUCKING HEAD" I yelled before storming out. I never yelled at my mother the way I did back there, I always let her yell at me until she got tired of it.

I saw Jacob, Brook, and Kaden hanging out together which made me walk beside them with my head down. ''Hey, Hey''Kaden says while smiling and looking down at me and I just smiled softly before we entered the woods.

''W-What are we doing here'' I asked and Jacob chuckled..''Swimming of course''He says while spreading his arms out and I looked to see a pretty clear blue lake, the one I swam in with Brook a while back. 

I saw everyone taking their clothes off...Kaden and Jacob were just in underwear and Brook were in a bra and underwear. I shook my head before wrapping my arms around my waist..''I-I can't'' I muttered and Jacob smiled.

''Oh come on'' Jacob said with a smirk on his face, putting his hands on his hips..'' It's just water'' Jacob mutters with a softer smirk on his face which makes me ball up my fist.

''She can't so leave her alone''Brook snapped while getting in the water and Jacob rolled his eyes before jumping in the water, splashing me. I giggled before wiping my face and looking at them playing. For some reason, I felt more calmer around them..not as stressed out as I am at home.

They do say, sometimes your home isn't your actual home..sometimes it's someone, and that someone is Brook. I looked at her face which was glowing in the sunlight and I clapped every time she did something that I considered cool.

''Get on my shoulders Jacob''Kaden said with a soft smile and I saw Jacob groan before getting up on Kaden's shoulder. Brook looked at me with a soft smile and I slowly swam toward her before she helped me on her shoulders.

''Now we FIGHT"Jacob yelled while trying to push me off and I grabbed his hands while giggling, Brook moving closer to Kaden and Kaden doing the same.

I never had so much fun in my life, well I mean there was time...but I never felt so wanted while having fun. I was with people who enjoyed my company, my energy, and my personality.

I was so caught up in my thoughts, I felt my body hit the cold water and I heard Jacob laugh before laughing too hard and falling backward. I felt Brook grab my wrist and pull me up while wiping the water from my face quickly..''YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL''Brook scolded Jacob.

''Oh come on'' Jacob says while crossing his arms..''You must be taking this knight thing seriously,huh''Jacob asked with a smirk and Brook nodded while looking at Jacob speaking to him. It was muffled since I was in my thoughts.

While she spoke and her hands on my facial cheeks, my stomach had butterflies dancing in them. I felt my cheek turn red slowly, I noticed that I was feeling something towards Brook and that feeling was..love.

''Ella..earth to Ellaa''Kaden said while waving his hands in front of my face which made me snap out of my daze. 

''S-Sorry''I muttered while seeing Jacob and Brook getting out late..'' We're going to the field of flowers, so join us if you like'' Kaden says, I nodded before getting my clothes back on and walking over to the field.

Kaden and Jacob would lay their jackets on the ground so we can lay on them. Jacob and I were in the middle while Brook and Kaden were at the end.

''I enjoyed myself''Kaden muttered and everyone agreed. I felt Brook squeeze my hand and started looking up at the sky..now seeing stars. ''Time does pass when you're having fun'' Jacob mutters while putting his hands behind his head.

''Well I'm glad I got to spend it with you guys'' I whispered while smiling. I have never been happier, but now I understand. Being happy sometimes requires a person.
