It took a while for Ryan’s lazy ass to finally make its way over to pick me up at whatever house I was staying at. I knew he was discussing business and arranging people to clean up the mess in the bed room, but I missed him.
It has given me time to think of my little speech, though.
I do not like this “speech.”
Neither do I, I admitted, but it has to be made. He will have the option.
It will infuriate him!
Maybe, I smirked, Or I might know the truth right then and there.
I blocked out the strange voice—which I found out I could do with the right concentration and waited nervously. I softly smiled when he came into the door and took in the sight of me on whoever’s couch I was draped upon. I sat up and let the blood rush back into my head. I smoothed out the white shirt I was changing into during my unconsciousness. The shorts were also white and soft. “Sooo…”
“You’re ok…” Ryan said more like a statement then a question. He was a little baffled, and sat next to me. His arm came around my shoulders like a natural instinct.
“Umm…duh. I know I freaked out before, but I’m not a wreak. It scared me, I admit…” I thought hard and my forehead scrunched. I leaned into Ryan, who happily purred. “Thank you.”
“I was just doing my job and lifelong duty.” He smiled and traced my soft skin with his finger tips.
“Speaking of duties…is there any food on that list? I’m fucking starving.” I complained sweetly. He chuckled.
“Yeah. The…umm…place is cleaned up so we can go back if it doesn’t bother you…” He waited for my response.
“It’s cool. I just want the food.” I shrugged and took his hand. He drove me back to his beautiful house that I was unsure I could look at the same way again. But death was natural; screw that guy for going after me! He got what he deserved!
“What do you want?” He questioned as he turned on the kitchen lights and I collapsed on his fluffy rug close by in the living room.
“Make me a sandwich, women!” I called and he laughed a ton.
“Uhh…surprise me.” I called, being lazy. I was intrigued by his rug at the moment; what thing in the world could feel so good?
Ryan. The voice rudely intruded.
Whatever. I scoffed. I probably looked really retarded; my face smashed into the carpet, on my knees, my ass perking up high in the air. I suddenly realized this could give out the wrong signal…
“Kinky.” Ryan chuckled as I tried to straighten my posture. I had no response to that; my face was the color of blood. I hid my cheeks in my palms. “Stop that.” He pulled them away. “You have no idea how adorable you look when you blush.”
