"Han Nari!" Aera smiles as he hooks her arm onto mine, walking beside me closely through the halls of the company's basement.
"How did your appointment go last week? I know you've been to a lot these past weeks and I never asked about them.""My mom said it's getting worse and I don't have much time left." I sigh. "She says I have about 2 more months left to live unless I find a donor."
Aera's shoulders then drops as she looks at me, tears appearing in her eyes."Nari.. Korea doesn't have many donors.." She says.
"My mom is suggesting I go abroad to have a heart transplant."
"Then go!"
"No!" I shout, catching her off guard."Why not?! Celestial want's you to live!" She cries. I groan as I place my electric guitar case on the floor, pulling the girl into a tight hug.
"Byeol, you're the only member that knows I'm suicidal. The others know I'm highly depressed, they don't know I want to die." I whisper. "I want to be with my older brother, Nayoon. Ever since his death is 2016, I wanted to be with him."
"Nari.. Junhan is looking at you.." Aera says, breaking the hug and turning me to a teary boy.
"Noona.." He says, slowly approaching me.
"I'll leave you guys alone." Aera says, walking past Junhan into an elevator.
Once Junhan stands in front of me, I sigh and look up to him, using my sleeve to wipe his tears."Let's talk at the rooftop, ok?" I say, holding his wrist and pulling the crying boy up the stairs and onto the rooftop. Closing the door, he instantly pulls me into a hug.
"Why didn't you tell me?! First, your heart disease, then you being suicidal!" He cries.
"Hyeonjun-"
"No! Don't you try talking." He says as he holds my shoulders, looking into my eyes. "It's been 3 weeks since we last talked. Do you know how I've been? I barely slept! You're always on my fucking mind, Nari. Please, talk to me again! I don't care if we can't date. I just want to be able to hear your voice again. I want to be able to"
"Han Hyeongjun." I say, brushing his hands off my shoulders as I go over to a bench swing, sitting down and patting the place next to me so Junhan could sit down.
With a frown, the boy sits down as he wipes his tears."On the first day Celestial and Xdinary Heroes met, you asked me about this smiley tattoo, right?" I ask him as I show him the small smiley face tattoo. He nods slowly. "My older brother and I have this tattoo, it's our matching tattoo. He went travelling with his friends in 2016. He said he would be gone for 3 days to go to Busan. He took the M50 while it was raining heavily."
I then begin to tear up, resting my head on his shoulder.
"The road got too slippery and he got into a car accident on July 28 when he was coming back for my birthday.""Nari.." He whispers, wrapping an arm around me as be pulls me close to him. "I'm sorry for asking."
While tears slowly descend from my eyes, Junhan slowly comforts me."It's alright, you were just curious." I sigh, playing with his slender fingers. "Ever since his accident I've been suicidal and a few months ago I was diagnosed with Coronary heart disease."
"How much longer do you have left?" He asks, looking into my eyes.
"My mom said I have about 2 more months left unless I find a donor. She's suggesting I go abroad.""I'll be your donor."
