She sensed someone standing behind her, turning to see Tyler.
"Hey. How's it going?" She asked, chuckling.
"We need to talk."
"Yeah, we do. Listen, I've been thinking about it, and I don't wanna overanalyse. Yeah, it was just one kiss... but Matt's still kind of in the picture. We can't go there, Tyler." She tells him.
"Fine."
She nodded, and she smiled softly.
"Great. That's settled." She says, walking towards her car.
"What happened to my Uncle Mason?"
She stopped in her tracks, and she turned to face him.
"What?" She asked.
"He's dead. And I want you to tell me what happened."
"Uh, Tyler, I don't..." She says, shaking her head.
"Then let me tell you. Stefan and his brother Damon killed him... because Stefan and Damon are vampires... just like you."
"Who told you that?" She asked him.
"Is it true?"
"Let me explain." She tells him.
"Did you know he was dead this whole time?"

He grabbed her, pinning her against her car.

"I trusted you."
