》Chapter XIV《

Shortly before the actual fight, all the avengers are in the meeting room to discuss their strategy. Pietro has started to run around, to use his new powers and disappeared a few seconds ago.
"What the?" Bruce now enters the discussion. "I know he is fast, but that fast is new. We don't even see the blue lines anymore, like usually. He's faster than light." He ends his sentence in admiration about Pietro's speed.

P.o.V. Wanda:

"Yeah, I practiced a few new tricks over the last few weeks." Pietro says, suddenly standing right next to Bruce. The Doctor flinch, because of the sudden appearance of the silver haired boy. "Yehhs, Pietro." Bruce says.

"They will attack us from the front, they are also in the air and on the right side. Only a few of them are on the left side, we can easily knock them down on this side and move on to the right side. They don't know, we know they are in the air to, they have the same technology as S.H.I.E.L.D., with their jets. As long as we don't split up, we will be fine." Pietro tells and let everybody is standing there in shock.

"You were out there? Are you crazy stupid kid, this could have been your death. And if they saw you, they know we know for sure." Tony yells. "I wasn't out there! I was in the future." Pietro yells back. "As if this would be possible, stop being sarcastic and grow up kid, this is serious. This could be the next war." Tony walks over to Pietro. "Tony I think he is serious." Stephen says calmly. "What?" Tony is furious. "Tony, we will explain everything, when this is done, but please listen to Pietro this one time."

We hear shooting from the outside. "Now or never. I will give us some time, but I'm not sure how long I can hold it. Please just act quick. We"ol give you an explanation later." I explain and hope for the best. Than I  let my magic fill the room, to slow down the time for us. I've never done this with some many people. "I can give you protection too. With one of my spells. Just give me one minute." Strange says.

"I don't think we have a minute." Steve says looking out the window, seeing a grenade flying at us. Clint takes his bow out and aims at the grenade. He shoots it back with his arrow. We can see, but not hear the explosion. The soldiers on the outside fly away like in slow motion, because of the explosion. "What the actual fuck is going on here?" Tony asks again. "We explain later, now suit up Stark and kick some damn ass." Clint shouts, walking towards the door. "You guys could really watch you language." Says Steve, taking his shield and follows Barton. "Oh shut up Rogers." That came from Nat.

We all went outside, to the left side. Taking down some soldier, which couldn't really do a thing because of my magic. "What are you doing little witch?" Tony asks. "Later Stark, we have to move to the right side." I answer him, after we had taken them all down. That was easy.

"Strange just casted a protection spell on all of you, he will now join us. F.R.I.D.A.Y. and I are still on cracking into their system, but it's hard, they are good." Bruce tells us, over the headphones. He is inside, we don't want to hulk up now. Or better to be honest no one wants him to hulk up at anytime. The Hulk is to different to control.

We went on to the right side of the compound. I fell my powers are getting weaker. I try focusing more on my powers and less on fighting. Luckily especially Clint and Pietro are watching me careful, but also Stark.
"Where is the god of thunder, if you need him?" Steve asks, throwing his shield at a few agents. "Out of reach, as always." Tony answers him and blast at jeep. Strange opens a few portals, to make our enemies fire at themselves. My powers slowly fade and the agents starts to move faster, there are brilliant trained and really hard to keep down.

"You guys have two minutes to come back inside, before F.R.I.D.A.Y. and I take their jets down. Hurry up." We look at each other and nod. Spiderman fires a few webs, to pin some enemies again some trees, before he heads back inside followed by Natasha. Clint shoots one last arrow causing in explosion, before he also takes of, with Sam, Bucky and Cap. Tony, Vis, Pietro and I where the last ones out there. Cause we were fully under attack and couldn't move.

"Slow down Maximoff." I hear Tony shouting at Pietro, before Vision takes me of the ground and Tony tries to catch Pietro to fly back inside. "You know, that I can fly on my own Vis right?" I ask him and chuckle. He down and apologizes. I chuckle more. He's so cute. Strange had used one of his portals already. Inside I let my magic down and the noises from outside come back. "Did we get an explanation now?" Tony asks, but before I could answer, everything went quiet.

"Hand us Vision and we will stop attacking you!" Comes a loud voice from the outside. "We will destroy him either ways, you can choose the simple one, by giving him to us or the hard one, by being take down, so we can just take him." The voice have a heavy British accent. "We will never give him to you. And you will not take him from us. We already took down so many of you, just give up dumbass." Tony tells him through an speaker. "Really Tony, was the last word necessary?" Cap asks with disappointment in his voice.

"Take their Jets down F.R.I.D.A.Y. now." Tony orders. The AI counts down from ten. At one, the compounds security system fires in the air, only to make a jet visible and with another shoot make it explode into a million pieces. Only a few seconds later another jet. "We don't know if they have more. These where the two we had tracked down." Bruce says with his voice down. "I don't think so. And there are only about 50 till 70 people on the ground left, we can easily take them down." Tony replies assertive.

"Vision you stay in here, with Bruce and the others go back outside. Take these bastards down, they deserve it." He says, before he suits up again. Everybody nods and Strange opens a portal. "We attack them for both sides, they'll not see us coming." He says, opens a seconds portal. We split up and it was really surprisingly easy to take down. It was kind of suspicious.

After we finally won and the last few soldiers run back into the forest we go back inside. "That was surprisingly easy." Nat says at the end. "Too easy, lets get back inside, see if Vision is alright." Tony says with his voice down. We go back inside, luckily Bruce and Vis still sitting in the meeting room. "That was easy at the end." Bruce tells. Nat and I start giggling. "What's so funny?" The doctor asks. "Just said the same thing Bruce." Natasha answers him. Bruce nods.

Suddenly a jet appears on our radar. "F.R.I.D.A.Y. aim at the jet." Tony says, while staring at the monitors. The jet is fully visible and show the SHIELD symbol. "Wait with shooting." Tony says expanding his sentence, to make the AI wait. 

The jet is fully visible with a huge S.H.I.E.L.D. Logo on the side. "Please don't shoot us, Stark. You guys might need us." Fury's voice comes through the speakers followed by a laughter. Stark rolls his eyes and put the weapons down. "Fury." He mumbles angry. They have a complicated relationship.

Fury enters the compound. "We might have a problem." "Might Fury?" Tony nearly shouts at him. "Calm down Stark. Turns out S.H.I.E.L.D. got infiltrated..." Fury says with his usual a calm voice but got interrupted by Steve. "Again, really?" "Yes, but it's not HYDRA this time, it's someone else and as far as we now, everyone from this organization is out but the got jets, weapons and some files. They want these Stone, what are they called again?" "The infinity stones?" Steven help Fury out.

"Yes, we haven't figured their goal by now, but our best guest is they want to destroy the stones and everything in connection to them." Fury looks at Vision, Pietro and me.
They want to kill us in other words.
I can't hear Fury any longer, my vision went blurry and I hold on to Vision.
