I put myself down so people can feel superior. It allows me to feel safe because "i can't do anything wrong if I put people above me".
But maybe in doing this I'm allowing people to see me as less than, insignificant. I cant change, this is what they're used to. I don't want to be left down. I want to feel allowed, safe to be more then inferior.
