chapter five

Hagrid: See, twins, you're famous!

Harry and Katarina: But why are we famous, Hagrid? All those people back there, how is it they know who we are?

Hagrid: I'm not exactly sure I'm the right person to tell you that, Twins. [Taps the brick wall clockwise with his umbrella. The blocks then magically shift and open up to reveal a hidden, busy street called Diagon Alley.] Welcome, twins, to Diagon Alley. [Harry and Kat grin broadly as they step into the street and walk down it. An owl screeches.] Here's where you'll get your quills and ink, and over there all your bits and bobs for doing your wizardry.[the twins are amazed as they pass by shops and owls and bats. The camera pans on a broom store, where a group of boys are crowded around a shiny broom.]

Boy: It's a world class racing broom. Look at it, it's the new Nimbus 2000! It's the fastest model yet. [the camera pans to see the broom's model name on the handle Kat walks over an practically pushes her face into the glass completely mesmerized by the broom harry seeing his sister not next him stops turns around and sees her he walks over and throws her over his shoulder while she pouts once he catches up to hagrid he puts her down ]

many laugh at Kats reaction while the quidditch teams smile knowing she's already got a love for flying and are grateful for it she is after all their best chaser

[the twins and Hagrid continue walking down Diagon Alley]

Harry and Katarina: But, Hagrid, how are we to pay for all this? we haven't any money."

"its so creepy how often you guys do that its worse than fred or George" ron complains making the twins realize they really do, do it often well not so much in first year but definitely now

 Hagrid: Well, there's your money, [he points to a tall, white, marble building, Gringotts Bank] Gringotts, the Wizard Bank. T'aint no place safer, 'cept perhaps Hogwarts.

the golden quartet snort yeah right safe they fought a Cerberus in first year a basilisk in second year an escaped prisoner in third year and learnt the truth in fourth year after nearly dying in the tri-wizard tournament 

[Inside the bank, they walk down the shiny aisle, passing tiny creatures working at their desks. Kat bows at the guards then looks confused on why she did it not noticing the looks of shock from the goblins who saw]

"why did you bow Kitty?" harry asks she just shrugs

"i don't know hades it just felt right worked out well for me in the end though didn't it?" she replies confusing a few people while tom looks at her in question know one knowing she became a friend of the goblin nation at 11

Harry: Uh, Hagrid, what exactly are these things?

Hagrid: They're goblins, Harry. Clever as they come goblins, but not the most friendly of beasts. Best stick close to me. [Harry sticks to him pulling Kat next to him tightly while she just looks around in awe. Hagrid clears his throat as they approach a counter with a goblin, wearing spectacles and a waistcoat, in it.] Mr. Harry Potter and Ms. Katarina potter wish to make a withdrawal.[The goblin looks up.]

Goblin: And does Mr. Harry Potter and Ms. Katarina potter have their key?

Hagrid: Oh. Wait a minute. Got it here somewhere. Hah. There's the little devil. [Whispers] Oh, and there's something else as well. [Takes out a letter wrapped in a string.] Professor Dumbledore gave me this. [Hagrid hands the Goblin the letter.] It's about you-know-what in vault you-know-which.

"Hagrid" Minerva complains knowing if the twins are anything like their parents he just made them curious

[Kat has a bad feeling all a sudden why would someone they don't know have their keys to their vault?]
