Stay By My Side ✅ (Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy)

Hey Everyone.

First of all I just want to say THANKYOU so much for the amazing amount of support and love you have given this story. You are all so lovely and kind and I wouldn't have made much progress in this story if it wasn't for you guys.

I started writing this story maybe about two years ago and published the first ten chapters on here before I stopped and practically disappeared from this site. The reason for this was because my life took a dramatic turn, things happened, and I simply found myself unable to write. So then in January of this year, I log onto wattpad out of curiosity and I see that this story received so many reads, comments and votes. The kindness and positivity overwhelmed me, so I came to the decision to continue once again in writing this story. I found the motivation. And I am sooo glad I did! A small number of people reading this might know what I am talking about. I honestly never expected this story to become popular at all, I only really started writing it for fun so it was a massive surprise for me to see that people actually liked and wanted to read it.

Now that this story is actually finished, I will go back over it to edit some mistakes I may have made (I sometimes forget to check over my spelling/grammar properly). But they will only be minor edits, I am not going to drastically change anything. The storylines are going to be the same as they already are.

Recently I have been asked questions in relation to a sequel to this story. And to answer this question, I currently don't have any plans to write a sequel. BUT I will never say never to a sequel. If I ever do decide to write one, it might not necessarily have Hermione & Draco as the main characters (Or maybe it will... I don't know) but please don't get your hopes up yet. Story plots and ideas don't just pop into your mind over night, these things take a lot of planning and preparation beforehand. I also want to experiment with other story ideas and fanfictions. Please do feel free to comment your ideas below if you have any suggestions to a possible sequel to this story that could help me, I'd love to hear from you! Once again I just want to say that my heart is full of gratitude for all of you lovely people, I can't emphasise enough how happy it makes me to have shared this story with each and every single one of you. I am delighted with how it had turned out and I really do hope you guys like how I ended it.
