Hey all. As i stated in my previous chapter, i was struggling to come up with ideas of what costume to make Draco wear. I had recieved loads of really good ideas which i am very thankful for. I eventually decided on that idea of The Phantom of the Oprea style costume. Both illbeyourhoneybee and shadysmind gave me that idea so THANKYOU both sooooo much, you helped me out a lot. I loved the other costume ideas too, pity i couldn't use them all haha but thanks again for taking the time to leave comments and message me about it.
This Chapter is dedicated to: shadysmind & illbeyourhoneybee
I'm not sure when my next upload will be because i'm sick with the Flu at the moment so i'll do my best. Hope you all like this chapter. xx
Hermione POV
I regretted it almost immediately after I put it on. I started at my full reflection in the mirror and groaned. Ginny had picked out a witch costume for me; expect it didn't look like your typical witch. She had purchased it from a muggles catalogue so it would explain why. My so called costume consisted of a Black and Red corset like 'dress' that stopped a little above the knees. It was beautifully detailed in lace and delicate gold along the top and had a silk black ribbon falling through the centre. I wore sheer stockings that stopped a few centimetres under my knee and shoes that I found almost impossible to walk in. The costume finished off with a plain black witches hat which was the only part of the costume that made the costume look obvious. I ran my fingers through my now silky straight hair and sighed. I had spent a good amount of time trying to get my Smokey eye make-up right, I was really proud of that
"Hermione." A voice came from outside that made me tremble. "You coming out of there yet? You've been in there for at least forty minutes now."
"Yeah... just a second." I called back. Right now I really wanted to rip off this costume and put on the clothes I was wearing before. I don't know if I really have to courage to walk out in front of Draco like this. But Ginny wouldn't be happy with me. I really needed to suck it up.
"Hermione. Hurry. Up. Now." Draco began to sound impatient now.
"Okay. Jeez you're worse than a girl." I groan. Slowly I walk towards the Bathroom door and hesitantly turn the handle. I take a deep breath. It's too late to go back now, I was already standing in the Bathroom entrance. Before I could look at him first I could feel his eyes trail down the full length of my body. When I finally find the courage to raise my head I see Draco wide mouthed.
"Well..." he murmurs as his eyes slowly trail from my chest to my face. "I certainly wasn't expecting you to look like that."
"Oh dear. It's bad isn't it? I'm going to kill Gin-"
"No." He exclaims then laughs. "You look so... different in a good way. I must admit I'm having a lot of sinful thoughts right now."
I blush. "I...well... thank you. Not on the sinful thoughts part though."
"You are most certainly welcome." He responds taking another eyeful of my appearance.
"So where's your costume? You aren't going dressed like that are you?" I ask as I glance at his Blue sweater and torn black jeans.
He shook his head. "I'm not particularly fond of dress-up to be honest but I might as well get in with the Tradition."
"Oh okay so what are you going as?"
He smirked. "You will see. Why don't you go down now?"
I grinned. "Fine then if you're so desperate for me to leave."
