*At the Creel house in the Upside Down*

*Cue Master of Puppets by Metallica on low volume and pretend it's Eddie playing the guitar*

"Why so many vines?" Robin asked.
"It's Vecna's lair. If he wanted to know that someone would be here, of course he would booby-trap the whole place with vibes to notify him." Steve said.

The reached the top of the stairs.
Vines start grabbing them except for Y/n.
They grab Robin, Steve, and Nancy, but not her.
Why?

Y/n tries to help them, but she can't manage to help them escape the vines.
She using her powers, but it doesn't work.
The vines are too strong.
"They don't work that way, Y/n."
A distorted voice calls.
Y/n turns around and she's in Max's mind, at the Snow Ball dance, then she sees Max being strangled.
"Max!" Y/n runs to her trying to help her.
"Y/n." The distorted voice calls once more.
Y/n turns around and she sees... Henry.
"I have missed you so long, my dear." He says walking towards her.

Before he could take another step, he is thrown back.
"Hi."
El?
While El was busy with Henry, Y/n helped Max get up.
"Y/n." El says as they hug.
"Wait, El, how are you here?" Max says.
"I piggybacked in a pizza dough freezer." She says like if it were a normal thing.
"What-"
Before they can continue their conversation, Henry rises again, taking all of them into his "red soup mind world" (as Steve described it).

He tied Max and El with the vines.
He let Y/n walk around.
"My dear, I have missed you. I've been looking after you all these years and now, we can be together. Rule the world. Change it to however you'd like. Join me." He said getting closer to her.
Y/n has to choose between her friends and family, or her lover.
"This world. I thought Eleven had sent me to my death. I saw a means to realize my potential. To transcend my human form. To become the predator I was always born to be. This world was meant to be ruled over. By me... and you, my love." He said as he ran a finger down her cheek.

"Can I ask you something?"
"Anything, darling."
"You can rule this place on your own. You made the Mind Flayer. Why do you need me?" She asked.
"Why me?"

"When you were born, I sensed great power. I didn't understand. But over time, I saw your connections with this world. When your precious friend, Will, was taken by me, you sensed it. And since I've been taking the lives of the meaningless and useless people of your town, you've sensed it too. Even my ignorant father, sensed your energy. You created this place. You created a beautiful world, untouched by mankind. You were meant to rule this world. You and I." He explained.

"No..." Y/n whispered.
"Yes, you are the creator of our world. El just opened it. You have the power to control everything in this world. Anything that is in here."
"Everything?" Y/n asked as she looked at him.
"Yes. And with you, the person I fell in love with, we shall spread this world into Hawkins and expand to the whole planet. Come with me and we will start our journey together." He said as he placed his right hand for Y/n to take.

She took it.
"First, we will kill anyone who gets in our way."
He said.
"Of course." She said with a smile.
"We shall begin."
