"I can't believe she is two months old today." Juliet says as she looks at the picture I posted on my Instagram this morning.
"I know, it feels like just yesterday I was bringing her home." I say as I pack my bag
School was over, and now it was summer. The guys just finished up their U.S. tour for their new album and are scheduled to leave for the U.K. in a week. They will be home tomorrow and it will be the first time Ashley has seen Chantel in a month and a half. He helped out a lot and it was hard when he left, but he has fans to think of too. Juliet has basically been living with me on and off to help out, and Crow, Femme, and their newest little addition Daredevil have stayed some nights too. I'm glad they got along with Ashley's little monsters. LOL
"You nervous about taking her over seas?" Juliet asks
"Of course. I'm just hoping she sleeps through most of the flight." I laugh
Just then there is a knock on the door, and we look at each other puzzled. Then the door bursts open,
"I live here, the fuck you knocking for?" Ashley's voice bellows through the house.
Juliet and I run to the living room and see our men standing there. I hug Ashley super tight.
"You said tomorrow!" I bellow as I hold in tears
The animals have joined us in the living room to welcome home their daddy's. Speaking of daddy's, Chantel started crying.
"Your daughter must know her daddy is home." I tell him
He walks with me to the nursery and he basically makes a mad dash to the crib. He picks her up and rocks her.
"I know baby girl. But daddy is here now, what is wrong with my princess?" He coos at her
My heart melts as I go make a bottle. Once it's ready I hand it to him so he can feed her. Andy walks over and plays peek-a-boo with her while she eats.
"Distract her much? She just started eating normally again." I inform
Ashley raised an eyebrow at me, curious as to what was wrong with his lil girl.
"She got sick remember? Doctor had her on some medicine that messed with her appetite."
Once she was fed she was all giggles and smiles. I took a picture of Ashley holding her and posted it: Happy to see daddy again! <3
