On my way to history class I see my boyfriend, Chris. He spots me too and he doesn't look happy, I wonder what happened to make him upset. I spoke to him this morning, so I don't know why he could possibly be upset. He grips my wrist and pulls me into a broom closet and starts screaming at me.
"Where were you this morning! I specifically told you to meet me ten minutes ago behind the football field! I had something special for you, but since you don't know how to listen I have something else; a newsflash! The world does not revolve around you! Why would it? You're NOT! You're NOT worth anything! Remember that the next time you try to blow me off!"
Before I can even try to explain why I was late, his fist connects with my check and i'm down, but he doesn't stop. He decided today was a day to kick me repeatedly in the stomach. I endure the pain until the bell rings and he leaves me in the dark closet by myself.
Now I know you must be wondering why I'm with someone like him, well it's obvious isn't it. I love him and he loves me, at least I think that's what this is. Chris is my first boyfriend and the only guy I've liked. Love is when a woman does everything she can to make her man happy right? When the bell rings again, signaling the end of passing period, I get up and head to the bathroom, barely. I lift up my shirt, gritting my teeth as I do so, to see where he kicked me. A nasty blackish blue bruise (try saying that 5 times fast) on my stomach. I look at my reflection in the mirror and see my green eyes staring back at me, tears that threaten to pour out, tell me that this is not okay, that I shouldn't let him keep doing this to me, but I just push my shirt down, at the same time I push the thought and memory out of my head. I head towards the door, but Hayley and her group of "friends" walk in.
"Look girls, it's NOT" she says, louder than she needs to while smirking at me.
They all laugh at her so overly used, not funny joke and block the door. Then the smart one in the group, decides to lock it.
"NOT is trying to leave without even acknowledging our presence here. Maybe we should teach IT some manners." Hayley says with a fake pout on her face, but its not there long, her smirk returns within seconds...
Then, I am then attacked by five girls with very sharp fake nails.(Girl in picture is Hayley)
