A Secret Love Affair

Since admitting their feelings for each other, Bradley and Leanne develop a secret relationship and they would sneak off at night during hours of lights out, to be together. 

During those times together, Bradley and Leanne mostly went on night strolls, watching the skyline of town, or spend the night together in his room, before Leanne leaves. Victor didn't seem to find Leanne coming home late, suspiciously, as Leanne always come home late from the Base.

However, one day during training, Shane notice the way Bradley and Leanne looks at each other and suspect something, so he goes and confronts Bradley about it. Shane knocks on Bradley's bedroom door and Bradley opens it to find him standing there. "We need to talk.", Shane replied, as he comes into the room and Bradley closes it.

"Alright, Carter. What's going on between you and Major Sutherland? Don't deny it this time, because I saw the way you two looked at each other during training. Is there something you're not telling me?", Shane asked. "I can't tell you.", Bradley replied, promising Leanne that he wouldn't tell anyone.

"Why not?", Shane asked. "Because I can't.", Bradley replied. "Fine, I might have to tell Sarge.", Shane replied, as he is about to walk away, but Bradley stops him. "Fine, you know you told me not to pursue Major Sutherland, right? Well, I think you might be furious with me when I tell you.", Bradley replied. "Tell me what?", Shane asked, as Bradley takes a deep breath.

"Well, I've slept with her.", Bradley sighed. "Who?", Shane asked. "Me and Leanne!", Bradley replied. "You and Leanne?!", Shane asked, before realising in shock. "Far out!", Shane cried, making sure no one hears them. "What were you thinking, Carter?!", Shane asked. "We didn't plan for it to happen, it just happened!", Bradley cried.

"Carter, I'm serious! If the General finds out that you've been shacking up with his daughter, you'll be dead!", Shane cried. "He won't! This stays between us, and not a word about this to anyone, not even Leanne.", Bradley cried. "Well, it's not my place to say, so I'm not going blab this around to anyone, mate.", Shane cried.

"How long are you two going to keep it secret before the General finds out?", Shane asked. "I don't know, but for now, things between Leanne and I have to remain a secret from everyone in this Base, including the General.", Bradley sighed, as the bugle goes off, for lunch.

"Come on, let's go to the mess hall for lunch.", Shane replied, as he leaves, and Bradley stood there for a while before joining him. That night, Bradley and Leanne meets up in his room and Leanne immediately starts kissing him, but Bradley tries to stop her. "Leanne, wait. Stop!", Bradley cried.

"Why not? I thought this is what you wanted.", Leanne asked, as she kisses his neck. "I do, but just hear me out.", Bradley replied, as Leanne stops and listens to him. "Parrish knows about us.", Bradley replied, which surprises Leanne. "What? How?", Leanne asked. "I told him.", Bradley replied. "Are you serious? Bradley, why did you tell him?", Leanne asked.

"I had no choice, Leanne! He was going to tell Sarge about me, when I refuse to tell him. He saw us the way we looked at each other, he suspect us since then.", Bradley cried. "This is bad, Bradley. If my father finds out that I've been sleeping with one of my cadets, he'll kill you and my title as Major will be ruined!", Leanne cried.

"That's not going to happen, I'll do anything to make sure your father will never know about us, and your role as Major will stay safe.", Bradley sighed. "But I can't just keep my father in the dark, he deserves to know the truth, which is why I'll be telling him after we complete the mission.", Leanne replied. "Alright, if that's what you want, then I'll be with you no matter what.", Bradley sighed.

They both hug and Bradley consoles her. "Everything will be ok, I promise.", Bradley sighed, as Leanne embraces him. After embracing each other, Bradley and Leanne look at each other, before they kiss and resume to make love once again. 

A month has passed and the mission training continues on, including Bradley and Leanne's secret relationship, which is still going strong, much dismay to Shane, who is annoyed at Bradley for ignoring his warnings. 

One night, Leanne takes Bradley out of the Army Base, and takes him out to town, where they spend a late quiet, romantic night out together, before returning to Base. They kiss goodnight, before Bradley returns to his room and Leanne rides away, back home on her motorcycle. Little did they do, Jason watches them from his bedroom window. 

"So, Carter is having a secret romance with Major Sutherland, who turns out to be General Sutherland's daughter. I think I have a great way to blackmail Carter after all.", Jason replied to himself and he smirks evilly.
