Harold and Hazel whipped around, coming face to face with Rachel. She looked like hell. Her hair was in a high ponytail, but it was extremely messy. She had ash marks all over her body. Her eyes were tired, Hailey could tell. She was skinny than ever. She wore the tank top. Hailey felt her body tense.

Hailey smiled brightly, however. She was finally face-to-face with her best friend.

Hazel wasn't smiling. Instead, she was scowling. "This your little girlfriend?" She whispered in Hailey's ear, pulling her hair back. Hailey whimpered, holding onto Hazel's arm.

Rachel shrugged her shoulders. "Maybe she is, maybe she isn't. You should really put her down, though."

Harold smirked. "Oh yeah? What are ya going to do, sweet cheeks?"

Rachel took a deep breath. "Oh, you are really pissing me off." She muttered in a deep, low voice. Hailey's face turned beat red.

'Don't have a heat stroke, Hay Hay.'

'Shut up.'

Rachel smiled to herself. "I've been waiting for a week to get my hands on you. I don't know why you and your little bitches out there think you're hot shit, but you're not."

Hazel growled, throwing Hailey to the ground. Harold bolted away, trying to get away from Rachel. Hazel, however, stood her ground.

Rachel's eyes focused on Harold. He stopped running, turning back to the girls. Suddenly, he was jolted in front of Rachel. "You think that you can just run away from me after pulling the shit you pulled?! Are you that big of a pussy?!" Two other Shadowings ran behind the siblings.

Hazel smirked, running after Rachel. However, Rachel was watching Hazel from the corner of her eye. She stuck her hand out, stopping Hazel in her tracks.

The Shadowings ran towards Rachel, who whined. "Can't I admire Hailey in piece?!" She complained. The Shadowings stopped, but not willingly.

Hailey loved the newly found confidence that Rachel had.

She pulled Hailey up, being careful of her scars. Smiling brightly, she tucked Hailey's hair out of her face. "Wanna see something cool that I can do?"

Hailey nodded her head, not letting go of Rachel's hand. Rachel closed her other hand slowly while pulling Hailey closer. The two Shadowings behind Hazel and Harold let out loud cries.

Rachel stopped halfway through. "Can I? -"

Hailey smiled up at her. "If you don't, I'll be very upset."

Rachel's hand clenched into a fist, leaning down and catching Hailey's lips into her own.

Fireworks set off in both of their stomachs. Hailey cupped Rachel's face as the henchmen-Shadowings slowly died in front of them. Their screams filled the two girls' ears. Rachel's hand made its way to Hailey's lower back, deepening the kiss. Hazel growled lowly. "Y-You bitch! You think you can just-"

Rachel pulled away, rolling her eyes. "I'm getting real sick of hearing your screechy voice and your audacity of ruining the moment." She glared at Hazel, who gasped for air. Hailey watched as she shook in pain. Then, Rachel tilted her head, causing Hazel to explode into black ashes and blue goo.

Harold watched in horror as his sister died in front of him. He looked at Hailey, fear filling his deep, meaningless eyes. "H-Hey, sweetie. I'm sorry for doing all that stuff to you. It wasn't right a-and now I realize how bad it was! Tell her you forgive me!"
