"Um, so nandito 'yong mga clothes niya pagkatapos niya sa school. May baby powder din dito, and then 'yong baby cologne niya, 'yong hair brush, toothbrush at the extra towel. Saka I put in some money na rin if ever may gusto siyang ipabili. I think that's it." I announced before zipping the pink duffel bag sitting on the sofa. "May kulang pa ba?"

Paalis na kami ngayon ng bahay and Alejandro offered to babysit Stela after her class while I attend that blind date with Den later.

Alejandro looked at the bag and then at me with a small smile on his face. "You don't have to worry so much. We'll call you if we need anything more."

"I'm really sorry for bothering you," I sighed bago naupo sa sofa.

He's standing infront of me kaya iwas na iwas ang mga mata ko sa bakat ng pantalon niya. I don't want to be a pervert! Jesus! But that bulge is so hard to ignore. Is that real ba?

I shouldn't have allowed him to take a bath and get his emergency clothes from his car. Now I might have fantasized about weird things with him especially with my smell sticking all over his body. Sana 'yong dishwashing liquid na lang iyong pinagamit sa kanya. Magkakasala pa tayo dito.

"I told you, you don't have to. Just enjoy your day. I'll give you an update every hour if it makes you feel better."

He'll give me an update? How? Through what?

Tumingala ako sa kanya na may pagtataka sa mukha. I was about to question him when he gave me an answer before I uttered a word.

"What messaging app do you prefer? Whatsapp or messenger? I'll have to ask your number too."

Am I hearing things right? Alejandro and me? Exchanging contacts? Lord, ito na ba ang rainbow after the bagyo?

"Sa messenger na lang siguro wala kasi akong whatsapp." I answered despite the deafening sound coming from my chest. Sino bang hindi kakabahan?

"Got it. Type your account here." Inabot niya sa akin ang  iphone niya kung saan naka-open ang facebook.

I'm going to be friends with Alejandro on facebook! Sana hindi niya mahalata ang panginginig ng kamay ko habang tumitipa sa cellphone niya.

"Mommy, bakit nanginginig ang kamay mo? May sakit ka po?"

My heart almost popped out of my chest when I hear Stela's high-pitched voice behind me. Itong batang 'to talaga!

Mabilis kong tinapos ang pagtipa ng pangala ko at nilingon ang magaling na bata. I gave her a fake smile bago siya pinandilatan ng mata. At aba! Nginisihan lang ako ng babaita.

May kalakasan kong kinurot ang pisnge niya bago hinarap muli si Alejandro.

"Try to check your phone," ang utos niya.

Kinuha ko ang cellphone ko mula sa table sa aking harap at nag-check sa facebook account ko. I saw Alejandro's friend request and I almost lost it. Ang gwapo niya sa profile pic niya!

Naka-topless lang siya doon kaya kitang-kita ko ang abs niyang hindi kinulang sa pandesal. I think very bagay sa monay ko. Charot!

He looked like he's on the beach. May kaunting ngite lang din sa mga labi niya just like he always do.

Alejandro is without a doubt a good man. He smiles, yes. But he don't actually smile that big. Tipid lang ang mga ngiteng binibigay niya pero kapag ngumite naman siya genuinely out of happiness mapapahawak ka na lang talaga sa dibdib mo para hindi ito mahulog.
