I want him to be mine Part I

Old one shot.

Jungkook's POV

Everyone knows him. Everyone loves him. Everyone  for him. He knows everyone. He loves everyone. He cares about everyone.

The school's sweetheart. He never discriminates. Nevecaresr bullies. Never really goes all out. He is just himself. His friend group is quite interesting. A cute chubby shy kid who barely talks to anyone. An extreme rebel who has the attitude of go fuck yourself 24/7.  And there is me... a nobody. I'm just that dude with average grades and oversized clothing. I wonder why he even hangs with us... I mean we are pretty out of his league. We all had agreed to that when he wasn't around that one day.

"Kookie?" Taehyung states.

"Uh yeah Tae what's up?" I answered.

"I uhm... I wanted to ask this person out. And I wanted to get advice." he stated shyly.

"Oh uhm... I never dated anyone." I responded. Of course he is going to be with someone else. He wasn't going to stay our friend very long. Friends grow apart. I mean even if we have known each other since kindergarten.

"It's okay... I just...if someone were to ask you out on a date how would you like them to ask you out?" Taehyung asked me.

"Uhm... well... I... uhm... I guess I would like them asking me uhhh through a letter because I would get flustered and I don't want to see them.. I would like banana milk with it too... but I know it's to specific how is this going to help you at all?" I asked him.

"It's perfect. Trust me you helped me enough." Taehyung smiles and gives me a quick peck on my right cheek. He leaves me there giggling while waving goodbye as the lunch break is over.

After he starts to date whoever this person is... he won't sit with us. He won't hang out with me anymore. How I long for him. I wish he could be mine. I want him to be mine.

"Yo Jeon." Yoongi greets me.

"Hi." I greet back.

"You look more down in dumps then usual. Care to explain?" Yoongi questions.

"Am I dead? Or are you actually showing interest in my life?" I retort with surprised.

"Don't be a dick Jeon. I care about you all. Sorta. Not in a weird like mushy way." Yoongi notifies me.

"Oh well. Thanks. But no I'm alright." I commented going back to my book.

"Right that answer was completely bullshit. What's going on?" Yoongi asked once more. Jimin quietly joined us sitting down next to Yoongi.

"I just uhm... nothing it's stupid." I responded wanting this conversation to stop.

"Yoongi..." Jimin whispers and I see them look at each other and Yoongi eyes soften.

"Wait... since when?" I smirked.

"What?" Yoongi directs his attention back to me.

"You're not going to pretend... I literally just saw something." My smirk deepens more.

"For three years." Jimin respondes softly.

"And you didn't tell me? Tae?" I gasped dramatically but I'm happy for them.

"Tae knows." Yoongi smirks.

"Wait whuuu?" I gasp.

"Yeah he is the one who set us up." Jimin shyly chides in.

"How did I... I mean like... what?" I stated seriously super confused.

"Enough about us. What's up with you?" Yoongi reverted them attention back to our previous conversation.

"I already said nothing." I responded.

"Did you say no?" Jimin asked.

"What?" I said.

"You rejected Taehyung?" Jimin stated.

"Wait what?" I asked deeply dumbfounded.

"Aishhh... Tae probably heartbroken somewhere." Yoongi analyzed.

"Should we go comfort him?" Jimin asked.

"No we should give him space. I really like Tae. I just don't understand why Jungkook would reject him. I really thought that Jungkook liked him back." Yoongi replied.

"I will comfort him because I'm his soulmate. Don't stop me now." Jimin said gathering himself and running from us.

"What was that all about Hyung?" I asked.

"Ahhh Kookie. Here I thought you were a shy quiet geek but you are a heartbreaker. Tch." Yoongi stated.

"Hyung that's not nice." I told him.

"Neither is breaking Tae's heart." Yoongi backfires.

"But I didn't! What are you guys saying? What the heck is going on Hyung? Is Tae okay?"  I asked pretty frantic.

"Wait... wait. So you didn't break Tae's heart?" Yoongi looked puzzled.

"NO! Is he okay Hyung? You both are scaring me right now?" I stated getting up forgetting my books and everything.

"Wait so Tae didn't ask you out and you rejected him? Wait... wait. You didn't reject him?" Yoongi looked a bit stressed out.

"Hyung! Why would I reject Tae? I want him to be mine!!!! Only mine! I yelled out.

"Kookie?" A soft voice stops all movements.

"Tae." I sigh out.  Crap... I may have ruined our friendship. Wait but why were they saying if I rejected Tae? Huh.

Before I can think further I'm engulfed in a tight hug. The smell of strawberries and banana milk? Fill my nose completely.

"I want you to be mine too." He shyly states. And shows off that adorable body smile that I fell for when we were thirteen.

"Tae what... what?" I asked and look very confused.

"We should leave before we make a bigger mess." Jimin raps on Yoongi and they both leave the scene. Feeling a bit flustered by jumping to extreme conclusions.

"I always wanted you to be mine too Kookie. But I was so afraid that we might ruin our friendship. Your my best friend. My crayon coloring buddy to my Harry Potter obsession buddy... my everything. I love you Kookie and I know I'm saying this to early but it's true and I want to be yours and I promise I will make you happy and I—" Taehyung confesses but Jungkook kisses him softly making the older kiss him back.

"Wow... they are softer than I expected." I stated while pulling away from the kiss. His eyes are still close and he shyly smiles burying his face into my neck.

"Be mine?" He asked me.

"I should be asking you that." I told him.

"But then the banana milk will have no purpose." He giggles handing it to me. In red marker it states Kookie be mine for life... like you can't get out of this. Mom I love him.

"I love you." I stated and bring him in for another kiss.
