"That was a good hunt, [Y/N]." Your dad praised as you, him, and Kyle padded home with dinner for the boys in a bag. "Thank you, why are you really starting conversation?" Your dad's ears flicked back as he gave a butthurt whimper. "Can't I praise my child without being accused of alterior motives?" Your ear twitched in annoyance. "I can if he's tail keeps twitching nervously, now what's up?" Kyle snorted loudly, catching their attention. "[Y/N], what were you hanging around that has such a heavy magic concentration?" You almost stumbled in your stride. "I picked up a scent and... the monsters are back." Your dad skidded to a halt. "What. [Y/N], you killed a monster today?" You started to pant nervously. "... it is our duty.." Kyle's eyes flickered over to you but didn't say anything. Your dad pressed his pelt into yours. "Oh my baby girl, I'm sorry you had to do that.." You wished you could trust your dad, you really did, but he was still the Beta. He would tell the Alpha and the Alpha would punish you. You couldn't tell him what you really did to the monster or your plans for tomorrow.

You woke up 'bright eyed and bushy tailed' as they say. Venison bacon for breakfast and a note left on the table saying that you'd be running the woods to clear your head. You jumped and weaved through the trees, heading to the road to meet Papyrus the Skeleton. You stayed hidden in the underbrush while you waited for the Skeleton, it didn't take as long as you would've thought. Maybe an hour before a red vehicle pulled up. You shifted and walked over. "It's good to be an early riser, the earlier we wake in the pack, the more beneficial to us. Meaning I can do things like go to the city." You jumped the vehicle and slipped into the seat. "NYEH! I WAS AFRAID I WAS TOO EARLY. NICE TO KNOW YOU ARE AN EARLY RISER AS WELL... BEFORE WE LEAVE, YOU SHOULD BUCKLE UP." The Skeleton pointed to the strap near the door. You poked it than grabbed it. "What do I do?" Papyrus looked confused. "YOU'VE NEVER BEEN IN A CAR BEFORE?" You gave him a no duh look. "OH, WELL, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CLIP THE METAL PART HERE." You did so, feeling oddly proud of yourself. "To the city!"
"TO THE CITY!"♧♧♧
The humans world was nothing like you'd ever imagined. The buildings were so tall and diverse with so little nature. Roads crisscrossed through the buildings like black stone rivers. Humans and monsters alike roamed the streets and drove vehicles and you... you looked like an excited dog in a candy store. "[Y/N], REFRAIN FROM TRYING HANG OUT THE CAR, THAT IS VERY DANGEROUS." You whined but complied. "So what first?" You asked as you leaned back in your seat. "WELL, HOW ABOUT WE DRIVE AROUND AND IF YOU SEE ANYTHING YOU FIND INTERESTING, WE WILL STOP." Papyrus offered. "Oh yes! Ok!" You agreed instantly. That was how you came to stop at multiple different stores and museums, learning about the world that they built, the struggles, it was so interesting and different from what you were used to. Werewolves had their history, yes, but pack fights were nothing compared to the tragedy the humans and monsters have been through. It was interesting. Before you knew it lunch rolled around and being a werewolf, you were starving. "Papyrus.. I need food." The Skeleton looked at you. "INDEED, IT IS THAT TIME OF DAY, SANS HAS PROBABLY GONE TO THAT GREASE TRAP, SO HE'LL BE FINE, EVEN IF I DON'T LIKE IT."
♧♧♧
"Who's Sans?" You asked as different food smells came to you. It made your mouth water, the different combinations smells so wonderful and made you all the hungrier. He parked next to 'Ebbot City Family Restaurant'. "SANS IS MY BIG BROTHER. THIS PLACE HAS A BIG DIVERSITY OF FOOD. I FIGURED YOU HAVEN'T HAD MUCH DIVERSITY IN YOUR PACK." You tilted your head, [H/C] hair falling over your shoulders. "Sure we do. Beaver, deer, boar, elk, squirrel, weasel-"
"NOT THAT SORT OF DIVERSITY. YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN." Papyrus led you inside and got a booth. "COULD WE DO THIS AGAIN TOMORROW? I WOULD LIKE TO SHOW YOU THE PARK AND MAYBE MY HOUSE?" Papyrus asked. "I WOULD BE LYING IF I SAID I WASN'T CURIOUS ABOUT YOU." You looked from the menu to Papyrus. "I'm curious about you too. But not tomorrow. It's a full moon tomorrow. The day after work for you?" Papyrus hummed. "I BELIEVE I'M BABYSITTING FRISK." You glanced back at the menu. "I'll come to the road everyday then when I'm not busy." Papyrus smiled. "OK! AND I'LL BE CAREFUL WHEN VISITING!" You put the menu down. "Ok. I'll just have what you having, I can't decide."
