We get ready for the 10 hour flight I'm still exhausted from the night before and this morning we get into the plane "hey Torres" he turns round "Hope, my favourite Barnes come give me a hug." He pulls me in for a hug "hey hands off my pequeña ave Torres before I chop your hands off." Sam joked winking at me, "wait you and Hope, I didn't see that coming, here you go Buck." He gave Bucky $20, I smiled and walked over to Sam giving him a kiss on the cheek, barley able to keep my eyes open "hey Bubbles come here, rest your head on my lap sis and go to sleep." I smile and go lay on Bucky's lap he stroked my hair until I fell asleep, then looked at Sam and Torres "she can't know Zemo's somehow escaped T'Challa and Okoye are looking for him let's hope they find him before," he looks down to me pulling me closer and sighing "Buck you do know I won't let anyone near her I will protect her with my life." They smile at each other "Mr Barnes, Mr Wilson why does Zemo hate her so much? She's like one of the kindest, sweetest girls well when she wasn't the winter sparrow." He looked confused at the both of them "she was engaged to him and broke it off as he forced her to be the winter sparrow again, so we got Okoye and the Dora Milaje arrested him, but he somehow managed to escape, I need to protect her." Bucky moved a strand of hair out my face.

After flying for about 10 hours Torres came out" We land in 10 minutes I can't believe they both slept through the flight." Torres nodded towards me and Bucky, Sam laughed and walked over to us he gently shook me "hey pequeña ave time to wake up babe." Smiling I looked at him as he kissed me nose "can you wake up metal man I haven't got a death wish." We both laughed "ok, tank come on we are here." "Damn how long did I sleep for best sleep I had in weeks." He smiled as we got up and got everything ready to leave "so what's the plan?" I turn to look at Bucky and Sam "well I'm going to go speak to her I think I can get her to open up." I felt sick to my stomach "Sam what if it goes wrong you will get hurt she's a super solider I should talk to her she knows me." I start panicking "hey baby I will be fine you and Bucky will be right outside." He kisses my head trying to calm me down "right let's go and sort this out." We all head towards the funeral parlour we bump into John "ahh I see you also found out where Karli is well I'm going to arrest her." I growl at him "it's a funeral John have a bit of fucking respect Sam's going to talk to her we will wait outside." I got in his face that Bucky pulled me back "you go in with him bub." I nodded and we headed inside and waited until the service was finished.

Me and Sam went up to Karli after the service "hey can we talk? I know you didn't mean for it to get this far, you can just give us the serum and tell us who you are working for." She looked down "I know your scared but we can help you." Sam said calmly we had a little more conversation we where close to getting her to tell  us who she was working for when Walker stormed in "was this a set up?" Me and Sam was just as shocked "What no" Sam responded but she pulled out a gun and fired a few shots we jumped out of the way "are you guys ok?" Bucky came in "just go after her." Sam indicated to Bucky as Walker and Hoskins was already after her, Bucky nodded and went after them "are you ok pequeña ave?" I look down to my side covering so he didn't see the blood and nodded "go Tiger help Buck and Karli I will be behind you in a minute." He ran after Bucky as I pulled myself up and wrapped my wound up that was beginning to heal and followed them just to see Lamar Hoskins being thrown across the room being bashed against a wall "LAMAR" I screamed and ran to him, as much as John was a dick Lamar was nice "stop this now Karli he didn't deserve this." Karli stood there in shock as the guy who did it ran, John took the serum ran after him.

I cried "aww Lamar you didn't deserve that." I started to cry Sam turned to Bucky, "Bucky go after John make sure he doesn't do anything stupid I will stay with Hope." I shook my head "no I'm coming." I kissed Lamar on the head, me and Bucky ran after him and Sam flew just as we got round the corner John was bashing the flag smashers head with the shield "John stop" Bucky told him but he brought the shield down one last time, I let out a deafening scream which seemed to have brought John back to reality "what have you done." Tears are streaming down my face Sam pulled me in for a hug and protecting me Bucky went over and took the shield from "it's over John you need help and don't deserve the shield, the police are on there way." John turns glaring at me "She would have done it as well Bucky if she caught him first, she loved Lamar like a brother." Bucky growled at him "the winter sparrow may have under control but Hope would have rather seen him face trial like you will now." Two officers came and took Walker away "you 3 will be called for witness, is she ok?" The officer nodded towards me "yeah am sure she is fine thank you officers." Bucky made his way over to me and Sam "bubs are you ok?" I shook my head tears staining my face, "he killed Nico, he made a mistake he was a good man Bucky he didn't deserve to die"

I cried into Sam's chest "let's get back to the safe house." Bucky raised his eyebrow at Sam "are you sure that's wise with Zemo out." I looked at them in shock "what he....he's out what happened?" Sam pulls me in closer  "He escaped from the Dora Milaje." I nodded at Bucky's responds but was to tired "I don't care let's go to the safe house." We walk back the safe house Sam has his hands on my back all the way there we open the door to see Zemo, "welcome home my love, come give me a kiss." Sam pushed me behind him "she doesn't belong to you anymore Zemo her mind is no longer able to be controlled." He grinned and held up a piece of paper  "her mind isn't but she is she signed herself over to me she is my wife." Bucky and Sam look at him with confusion "we got married before I went to jail princess you where mind controlled so I didn't think you would remember, such a cheater my love being with Sam when you are married to me." I step forward  still behind Sam a little but I was tired of hiding from my fears "actually Zemo we are not married anymore T'Challa helped me prove it's fake as I was mind controlled there for not in a sane frame of mind but how about 1 last kiss honey?" I moved out from behind Sam walked over to Zemo placed my hand on his cheek then punched him knocking him out before tying him up telling Bucky to call Okoye to come get him then ran over and kissed Sam " I love you" he pulled my waist "that was to sexy my pequeña ave, I love you too" he kisses me pulling me in.
