Time seemed to pass faster than normal when you were having a good time. It felt as though I had rejoined Esme and the rest of the girls for the feast just five minutes ago, but we were already finnising dessert.

"I can't even imagine Miss Hardbroom's face when you told her you weren't magical." whispered Esme.

"That is a face I hope I never have to see again actually." I answer. "Not Hecate's in general, just that look that she gave me. I ought to admit it almost made me cry. She looked so angry and disappointed. Almost sad even, at some point."

"Well, I can't imagine Miss Hardbroom being sad... or happy, or anything but angry and strict. But I guess I'm not as good as you reading people."

"I'm not-" I started replying but I was interrupted as the door of the hall got wide open by some figure.

"IS IT TRUE?!" he was asking demandingly. "IS IT TRUE WHAT YOU WROTE?!" he walked through the hall, stoping by the headmistress side.

"Good evening, your Greatness." Miss Cackle greated calmly.

"Good evening, Miss Cackle. Miss Hardbroom. I apologise for my sudden entrance, but I must know this now. Is it true? Did she really discover a spell for safe time-travel?"

"Indeed I did, your Greatness. Well met. My name is..." I tried to say confidently, but I was completly terrified.

"Sofía Alvarez. Yes, Miss Cackle told me your name." he said, walking towards me. I stood up. "Well met. Of course, I'll need proof of what you've done."

"You'll find that I can provide all the proof you need, your Greatness, just as I did with A... Miss Cackle and Miss Hardbroom. Now, if come with me, I can show you everything and we can let the others enjoy the end of the feast."

"Of course."

Hecate's POV

As I watched the Great Wizard and So leave the room, I couldn't help but to feel nervous. She shouldn't have to do that by herself. Even if she was a non magical, she was a pupil here now, and she was struggling still with the spell, as it consumed a lot of energy. I ate as quickly as my manners let me.

"Ada? May I be excused? I would like to check on the Great Wizard and the girl, to see if she needs any assistance. Last time she looked as if she could have fainted."

"You are right, Miss Hardbroom, I think that would be apropiate. You may go."

"Thank you."

I teleported to the hall, just to see them reapearing. So staggered and I hurried to hold her before she could even start falling. She was startled with my touch at first, because she wasn't expecting it, but when she turned her face to see me, she ended up smiling.

"Thank you, again, He... Miss Hardbroom. I really have to get used to it soon."

"Yes, you should. I'm not always going to be there to catch you."

She looked at me sadly. I was hurting her, I could feel it. But how could I, if I had just met her? How could she care so much already?

"Well, I think I've seen enough proof. Now tell me, Sofía, how did you manage to do this? What is the spell?"

"Umm, it isn't an actual spell you know. It's more like a chant. I didn't have my own cauldron at the Hallows and Ursula didn't let me use Esme's, so I couldn't do a potion to help the spell. That's how I came up with the chant. It also made it permanent, you know, luckily I don't have to sing each time I want to time-travel."

"A chant? Alright, it is not traditional, but we can see it works. Perhaps that is why no one had succeded yet. Let's hear it then."

She nodded, and opened her mouth to sing. The words that started coming out her mouth where beautifully acompanied by the rythm and her voice was really sweet. Her singing was amazing.

"Clock ticking, clock runing, clock shining with its power,

Stop time, make it last, let me move it as I like.

Clock ticking, clock runing, clock that doesn't need a chant,

Make your needles go back, let me travel back in time." she sang.

The Great Wizard started clapping.

"It seems that apart form you talent with magic, you are also a talented singer. Congratulations."

"I wouldn't say that much, but thank you, your Honor."

"Perhaps now, Miss Hardbroom can sing the chant and see if she can time-travel." Wait, what? I wasn't going to sing. Not in front of her. Not after how she had sang.

"Your... Greatness?" I managed to say.

"Yes, Miss Hardbroom. Wizards aren't allowed to chant, so we shall test it on you."

"I can sing along if you want me to." So suggested. "To help you remember the lyrics."

"Oh. Alright. I guess."

She counted three, and started singing with me. It was a short chant, so it was over before I could realise something. Something big. As I started hearing the giggles, I realized the door behind me had open and all the pupils had listened. I turned around looking furius and the giggles stopped. All but... Ada's.

"Oh, Miss Hardbroom, there is nothing to be ashamed of. It was really good. Unusual, but good."

"I just have to click my finger now?" I asked So.

"Yup."

I clicked my fingers to see if something happened, but even though everyone was standing still expectantly, their eyes where still blinking.

Sofía's POV

"See? I told you it doesn't work for other people, your Greatness."

"But... She must have said it wrong."

"She didn't."

"It doesn't make any sense. There are no spells that can be done only by one person."

"It seems I just created one."

"I must speak to the council about this. Until then, you can't leave Cackle's, understood? You are starting lessons early, and I want to know about your progress each week. You can teach her anything you want, I want to test her magical ability."

"In fact I need to learn how to teleport."

"Great. Teach her that. That should take some while. I have to go know. Well met, all of you." He said, before he vanished.

"Well, girls, all of you but Sofía can go home, we are finnished with selection day. Sofía, you can go with Miss Hardbroom to the potions lab straigt away, to begin those lessons."

"But, my things..."

"There." She said as she waved her hand. "I'll show you were they are later, now off you go."

I was about to reply, when I felt dizzy and my sight became blurry, meaning I was being teleported. The new room, was very dark, cold and misterious, and it was always a bit scary even though I had already been there.

"I guess you are stuck with me. Or I'm stucked with you. However, we will have to make this work I like it or not. So, if you don't want to be misserable for the next three hours I suggest you start working." Hecate materialized an apple in the desk right before me. "Try to teleport that five centimeters to the left. Now!"
