IN WHICH Rick Grimes comes back from the dead, only to find that he's living amongst them too. He starts to set out on a long journey to find his wife and son, taking the world ending as his second chance to save his marriage. Instead, he finds a hard-headed Atlanta detective who shows him there's more to life than just surviving. There's also the chance that, while unexpectantly, everyone gets a second chance at finding their one true love.
Even with a few bad omens hanging around.
