The next day when Five and Miko had gotten to HQ they had to go to the office and talk with Phil and Inspector 7 about arrangements and rules of what the techs could and could not do,
The explanations and rules where pretty simple, Phil wasn't aloud to look at recordings and write on the techs records without supervision in case he tried lying on the records, and Mitch had to do each of his shifts with Five and Miko to show how well of a team player he could be, and he could not use his gauntlet out side of work no matter what, and after the next two weeks Agent 11 would return, check all recordings and records to make sure that all the rules had been followed, and afterwards if all goes well everything will go back to normal!
Now when it was explained Five, Miko and Mitch had gotten it, and it seemed like it would be pretty easy to have Mitch on the team, they've worked together before, it wouldn't be that bad, but they had thought wrong, the minute they had gotten into the van to fight there first glitch, it had gotten very awkward
Miko sat in the seats behind Mitch and Five who where in the front seats, Mitch in the passenger seat, and Five in the driver's seat,
It was quiet, very quiet which was weird. Even when Mitch would tag along on missions it was never this quiet, but this time was different, Mitch wasn't just tagging along now, he was on the team now, and unless he wanted to get fired there wasn't anything he could do to change it,
Miko turned her eyes away from the road to Mitch, she began to wonder what he was thinking of, whether she should try to talk to him or not, How did he feel about this? Did he remember what she said?
Mitch quickly caught onto the feeling of eyes staring towards him, he turned his glance to the Purple Haired girl to notify her that he was aware of her gaze towards him
Miko jolted her head away uncomfortable,
Mitch turned his head away as well,
Five then noticed the tenseness in the air and decided to try and break the ice
"So glitches huh?" he blurted out
"Yeah, glitches." Mitch responded
"Hard to fight." Miko said
"Yeah." Five said ending the quick conversation
the trio stopped around the park for their first glitch,
the first glitch was some kind of Piranha looking monster that was swimming in the pound around the park, it was easy to fight but still tough considering there gauntlets weren't waterproof so they had to wait till the glitch was clear in sight for blasting,
After that glitch Miko had decided to try and talk with Mitch, but to no avail when she found out Mitch wasn't willing to talk, and all she could get out of him was a few yeahs and really?
After a couple of battles Five and Miko started to get back to talking and the awkwardness of the ride had started to fade, but in spite of that Mitch still kept quiet,
The trio had made there way to the arcade to fight there next glitch
there next glitch was a giant caterpillar glitch from a game called Galaxy Blast, however it was not an easy glitch to fight because every time they had blasted it in the middle it would split into another caterpillar, luckily though they had thought up a strategy and managed to defeat and capture the glitch, afterwards they had decided to go to HQ and take a break
