Miko had now sat down leaning on the wall of one of the shops in the area, her eyes red and baggy thanks to her crying, she looked at her Five's contact on her gauntlet, contemplating whether or not to call him but ultimately deciding not to knowing he was probably having a better time with Zahra then she had with Mitch, and did not wish to ruin his bonding time with his girlfriend, she then looked at her phone,

14 missed calls (her phone was on do not disturb)

7 voicemails

10 messages

She got looked at her texts and noticed three were from her sister

Nica: Sis

Nica: Come home rn

Nica: Miko, mom's loosing her crap, she's spam calling you, and she's told dad about the incident too, do you want us to tell them or what?

Miko looked at it and started typing out a response

Miko: Tell them I'll explain everything okay?

She let out a shaky sigh and dropped her phone back into her pocket, her eyes watered once again

Mitch solemnly walked over to Miko, "Hey..." he spoke hesitantly "You want me to drive you back to HQ?"

Miko looked away, oh what the nerds, not like she had a choice, she nodded her head without looking up

They got back in the van, and the ride was silent.

Miko looked away to the window, and Mitch sat on the other side of the van staring at the road a strange sense of deja vu hitting the both of them

His stomach began to ache, he put his left arm on his stomach, ugh, he felt he was gonna puke...Definitely should've declined that sandwich, he looked over to Miko, he then noticed her rubbing her arm, where he noticed a large slash ripping her sleeve and skin, his heart ached once more, she must've gotten hurt during her fight with the hedgehog, and he wasn't even there to at least comfort her...

"That looks like it hurts." he said, still looking at her arm, "You want to get that patched up back at HQ?"

"I guess." she mumbled dropping her two arms

"Do you want to do that first, or go fix up the damage around the grocery store?"

"Bergy and Nix said they we're gonna fix the damage."

"I'm not to sure about that, seemed like they we're just making an excuse to ditch the situation when they said it."

"Then I guess we can go look at it."

...

They did go to the grocery store, and just as Mitch said, the two had not fixed the damage, so they went into the store and fixed it up, afterwards the guilt had finally gotten to Mitch,

After they had fixed up the store, Miko went outside to do whatever she was doing while Mitch had stayed in the store shaking excessively from the anxiety he was feeling, that's it, he gave up, he couldn't take this guilt anymore, he took in a deep breath of air and walked out off to the exit
