-Chapter7-
-Reminsant-
After the new trio had gotten done fighting glitches, Five and Miko had gotten in there van and drove themselves back home, while Mitch stayed to help Phil and Inspector 7 close up for the night, after that Mitch had left to go home
Mitch parked his van in the driveway of his Apartment, he exited his van and locked the van's door with one single beep from vehicle
Mitch heard the sound of a faint meow from inside the bushes Oh no not you again... Mitch sighed pinching the bridge of his nose,
out from one of the shrubs in his front yard popped out a plump beige colored cat, it mewed as it walked over to rub itself on Mitch's leg
"Shoo! Shoo!" He said trying to avoid the cat's affection "Go back home to your owners!" he ordered the feline as it followed him to his door,
Mitch shoved the cat outside with his foot as it tried to follow him into his house "No, you can't come in!" he thundered, the boy slammed the door before the cat could walk in
The cat began to paw at the door causing Mitch to grunt in annoyance
That stupid cat, she's been trying to get in his house all month!
After the cat had stopped pawing at the door, Mitch had decided to make himself dinner.
he opened his fridge and scanned the shelves, all he could find was just a bottle of half empty orange juice, and a day old blueberry muffin missing the wrapper, in other words nothing
Mitch slid over to his cabinet and pulled out a cup of noodles, he pulled the top off, poured water into the cup then shoved it into the microwave
Man today was strange, normally Mitch was fine with being partners with Five and Miko, but now it felt like he was being forced to do it against gun point, which was not something he enjoyed.
The Microwave let out a ding to notify Mitch that the noodles where done, he pulled out the noodles and walked into the living room
And and then the strangest part of today, He continued thinking to himself Was that Miko had actually followed him outside and asked him what was wrong, and he actually told her, and even more strange, it made him feel better
Mitch turned on the TV on the TV was turned to some nature documentary on nocturnal animals and their instincts, which normally since Mitch didn't really give a crap about nature documentaries he'd change the TV to one of his streaming services and watch some kind of anime he had gotten hyperfixtated on, but right now he was far to busy reminiscing about day
Really, why was Miko being so nice? Mitch wondered He's been nothing but mean to her and Five, and yet she had given him a second chance despite him not deserving it,
Mitch rolled over onto his back dropping the empty cup of noodles onto his coffee table,
Well, he may not have known why she was being so nice to him, but he did know that he was grateful for it, and he was not gonna screw it up.
Hello, so in this chapter we get to see what it's like at Mitch's home, and how he feels about Miko, and what's this? He's got a problem with a little feline, perhaps we'll get to see the little feline once more? (Sorry if I sound a bit odd, I'm just trying to get into a habit of adding context into these chapters)
