Izuku was miserable, it was now the next week and Katsuki still hasn't shown up. Izuku had been worried out of his mind, he thought that his boyfriend was sicker than he let on to be or he got into an accident on the way there. The group couldn't stand to see Izuku cry so they caved and called to check in on him.

Katsuki never answered but one of the guys from the football team, Ojiro, had let Denki know that he saw Katsuki around campus and that he was fine. He even ran into him at a few parties and Bakugo told him that something came up so he decided not to go anymore. The group had been upset, annoyed mostly, he just changed plans without so much as a text.

They had been worried sick and it was all over nothing, he even made Izuku cry which was unforgivable. Izuku wasn't mad he just felt hurt, Katsuki not only broke his promise but didn't even say a word to him. Izuku honestly didn't even want to be there anymore but they've been looking forward to the trip and he didn't want to ruin it for everyone else.

They did their absolute best to try and cheer him up somehow, they went on a swamp ride, a nature walk, to the aquarium, some went sailing, they went to a duck farm, and they even ventured through a rainforest. It was the most fun they ever had but even so, Izuku had a hard time fully enjoying it.

Izuku laid in bed, wrapped from head to toe in a thick fuzzy blanket Touya got him. The only thing visible was his face which he had buried in a large pillow. Keigo was sitting on the bed beside him rubbing his back as Tenko and Touya cleaned the room up after Izuku's angry outburst. Something they were used to dealing with after all these years, something he spent so long containing.

"I'm sorry...please don't tell mom, I don't wanna go back," Izuku said lowly.

Tenko walked over and crouched in front of Izuku gently brushing through his hair, "It's alright, I understand why you're upset and you have every right to be. I won't tell her," he smiled kissing his forehead.

"Thank you,"

Keigo patted Izuku's leg, "How are you feeling?"

"A little better now that I got it out," Izuku said quietly.

"Good, we'd be fucked if you put a hole in the wall," Touya said as he slid the dresser over a little to cover the dent.

Izuku sunk into the cacoon a little more, "We can afford to fix it if I did," he mumbled.

"Yeah, but then we'd have to explain to mom and dad why the lawyer is calling them about a lawsuit, you know Tenya's a damn snitch," Tenko groaned.

"Leave him alone, he knows when to keep his mouth shut," Izuku huffed.

"Want me to kick Katsuki's ass? You know we'll jump him for you," Keigo offered.

"I'm too old to be out here jumping people, I might throw my back out but I can still shoot him in the knee caps or some shit," Touya walked over.

Izuku managed a small laugh, "I'm fine, uncle Enji will scold me if you get locked up over me again. He doesn't need another article about the rebellious Todoroki,"

"Oh please, I keep our family relevant with my bullshit," Touya waved him off.

"I don't know, Sho's getting pretty popular now that he started modeling," Keigo reminded.

"Good, now the media can finally hop off my dick," Touya rolled his eyes.

Tenko covered Izuku's ears, "Language!"

"You know I'm not five anymore right? I said dick like thirty times today alone," Izuku giggled.

"What happened to my sweet innocent Zuzu? Who taught you this foul language?!" Tenko cried.
