Izuku's eyes shot open as he panted and came face to face with a concerned Sero who had shaken him awake. He sat up hugging Sero tightly and the male hugged him back, gently rubbing his back to soothe him.
"You're alright," Sero said gently "Was it a nightmare?"
Izuku nodded, "High School,"
Sero kissed his forehead, "You aren't there anymore and we'll never ever let you go back ok?"
Izuku nodded taking a deep breath, "Kay,"
"Come on, let's lay back down for a while until you're ready to start," Sero reached over to his dresser grabbing his earbuds.
He put them in Izuku's ears and then grabbed his phone and went to Spotify playing Izuku's playlist. They lay down, Sero holding him securely, and Izuku closed his eyes focusing on the music to calm his mind.
Sero gently rubbed his back the whole time, waiting patiently for Izuku to fully calm down. After a while, Izuku sat up a bit and took out the earbuds making Sero pause the music.
"How are you feeling?" Sero asked.
"Better,"
Sero smiled, "Good, we're gonna leave the campus today so you gotta get dressed. Do you mind waiting for me or are you ok going to your dorm alone?"
"I can go by myself," Izuku watched as he got out of bed.
"Alright, make sure you text me when you get there," Sero told him.
"Kay,"
Sero went to his bathroom and Izuku got out of bed and slipped his shoes on. He made sure he had everything he came with and told Sero he was leaving before walking out of his dorm. As he made his way down the stairs he bumped into Shinso who was coming back to take a nap before his next class.
"Hey Izu your here early, where's Hanta?" He asked as they hugged.
"Eichan left at four and I couldn't sleep so I came here and stayed with Hanta. He said we're leaving campus this time so I'm going to get changed," Izuku told him.
"Your leaving campus? It must be bad this time," Shinso saw his puffy eyes "What happened?"
"I dreamt about high school again," He mumbled.
Shinso combed through his hair with a frown, "I didn't know you still had those nightmares. I thought they stopped,"
"They did, I don't know why I dreamt about it again," Izuku frowned himself.
"Shit I think I know, it's 'cuz Jou woke up right?" Shinso asked.
Izuku stiffened and leaned into him before he nodded slowly, "Mhm,"
"I know Iida was trying to warn us but I'll have a talk with him for sending you that. Does Ei know about it?" Shinso asked hugging him.
"I don't think so, if he did he probably wouldn't have left me alone. That or he does but thinks I don't and didn't want to trigger me," Izuku said against his chest.
"Make sure you let Hanta know this too ok? You should talk to Ei too and let him know it's bothering you," Shinso told him.
Izuku nodded, "Kay,"
"Alright, I'll see you later on,"
"Bye,"

Izuku held Sero's hand and stood close to him as they entered a café Izuku had never been too before. Sero had said it was a comfort café or something, a lot of the people who frequent it are those like them. It works with a lot of psychiatrists and therapists who occasionally bring their patients or even have sessions there.
