Bucky's POV.
"Ok, I'll tell you what I know..." I start off. Time for some traumatic as fuck memories.
Wanda enters my mind and the memory appears. She projects it onto the board and the flashback starts
✨FLASHBACK TO 13/6/2009. BUCKY'S POV✨
I'm sitting in my cell, as normal, thinking about Steve, my best friend. He's surely dead by now. 1945. Geez that was a long time ago. If Steve saw me now, he'd be so disappointed in me. I killed so many people.
"Ah Winter Soldier. You've arrived." Alexander Peirce's annoying, high pitched voice said.
"What is my mission?" I politely ask. I may be stronger than him, but he's still my superior officer and I get severely punished if I disobey orders.
"Ah yes. Your mission is here. We have a new asset to HYDRA, who will be arriving tomorrow. The new asset is a child, 2 years old to be exact. She has shown signs of being an enhanced. Her parents have made the decision to bring her here. You will train her until she is old enough to go on missions, and when that happens, you two will be mission partners." He replies.
I'm honestly shocked. A child? Damn.
"What is the child's name?" I ask, carefully.
"Aurora Fern Iden, but she will now be known as Project Avenging Angel or Pyro." Peirce replies.
Wait project? Oh no. Kid's gonna get experimented on, this won't be good.
✨TIMESKIP TO THE NEXT DAY, 3rd PERSON POV✨
"Where are we going?" The scared child asked the tall man walking beside her.
"To your cell." He curtly answers. Aurora gulps and nods.
After a bit, they get to a cell with a sign above the door that reads: The Winter Soldier.
The guard shoves the child into the cell and whispers: good luck.
There's a man sitting there and he notices the small, shaking child sitting across from him. "What's your name, kid?" He asks,
"Aurora." Comes the scared child's reply.
"Ok Aurora. My name is James, but everyone calls me the winter soldier. You can call me Bucky though." He replies. Bucky looks at the girl and is shocked that she's here.
Bucky's POV.
This must be the asset Peirce was talking about! No shit, he wasn't kidding about her being a child
