EIGHT

Y/n put on some blue jeans, and a plain black shirt before throwing on a red zip-up. She put on her shoes and fixed her hair. The door banged as someone knocked. "Aunt Grace?" Y/n called out but revived no response. Again the banging started. Y/n huffed as she grabbed Eddie's requested food and her switchblade, stuffing it into her pocket.

The knocking continued as she made her way towards the door "Jeez, guys. I'm coming! I'm coming!" Y/n exclaimed as she opened the door. Standing in front with his hand up was Jason. He looked restless. Y/n's hand clenched her stuff. "What the hell are you doing here?" Y/n asked. "I'm looking for Eddie. You know where he is?" The blonde asked. "No," Y/n replied simply. "No? He's your best friend and you're telling me you haven't gone out you look for him at all?" Jason stepped closer.

"What I do is none of your business" Y/n glared at Jason. "Like hell it is. He killed my girlfriend and my friend!" He snapped. "I told you. I have no idea where he is" Y/n replied. Suddenly Jason grabbed Y/n by the collar of her shirt and pushed her against the outside of her house.

"Tell me where he is or I swear to god I'll tell the chief you were in it too." He swore. "You think they'll believe you" Y/n grumbled struggling to get out of his grasp. "Oh I know they will," he answered. "Who would trust you?"

Nancy had arrived at Y/n's neighborhood after picking up Dustin. As they reached closer they could see Y/n and Jason. "What the hell..." Steve muttered as he watched the blonde hold up the h/c. "Park over here. He won't see Dustin" Steve instructed. Nancy did what she was told before Steve opened the trunk of her car "what are you doing!" Nancy said. "I'll be back" Steve replied getting out of Nancy's car.

Y/n reached into her back pocket to grab her blade. Jason moved quickly slapping her hand and throwing the blade. "Don't try it. Tell me where Munson is." He said sternly.

"Hey" Steve called out. Jason turned his head to look at Steve who was now approaching the porch of the house. "Steve Harrington?" said Jason "what are you doing here?" He asked glaring at him. "Well...I came to pick up my—girlfriend." Steve replied. "She's your girlfriend?" Jason scoffed. "Yeah. You got a problem with that?" Steve walked closer. "Get your hands off her" Steve ordered.

"I will. Once she tells me where Eddie Munson is." Jason replied. "I said get off her man" Steve began to make his way to Jason when Y/n kneed the boy in the crotch. Y/n dropped and Steve quickly helped her up. "Didn't your mommy ever teach you not to put your hands on a woman?" Y/n glared. Steve watched her. 'Jesus...' was all he could think.

Y/n quickly grabbed her blade and Eddie's food and walked off. "Touch her again and I'll do more than hit you in the balls," Steve warned the groaning blonde.

Steve caught up to the h/c girl "over here" Steve said leading her to Nancy's car. Robin rolled down the window "Hey, Y/n." She greeted. "Hey," Y/n replied and got into the trunk with Dustin, Steve getting in after her and shutting the door. Nancy began to drive out to lovers lake. "You okay?" Dustin asked. "I'm cool." Y/n replied but Dustin looked at Steve raising his eyebrows "I'm fine. I promise." Y/n flicked the boys cap and gave him a small grin.

"Not to be a wimp but can I sit in the car? Cause this is gonna totally and royally stuck." said Robin, "it'll be fine" Nancy reassured. "I can't stand to see those dull eyes of Eddie's break again.  I really, really can't. " Robin replied."At least he can drink himself into feeling better" Steve held up the beer bottles y/n bought as he ate some chips. "That's what my mom does" Max interjected.

  "Why don't we give it a trial? Hey, Eddie. Uh, good news first this time. We got you some Y/n-approved junk food and that six-pack you requested. Oh yeah, and we found Vecna. Bad news is that he's in that other darker,  much scarier dimension, and the gate's closed, so we have no way of getting to him. He's entirely shut off to us, so basically you're screwed. And, no, I know you were already screwed, but now you're doubly, triply screwed." Robin rambled.
