066. BREAKING POINT

The three teenagers walk into the kitchen where Sam and Eileen both are.

"Hey!" Sam cheerfully greets. Eileen waves at them.

"Hi?" Ophelia says, though Sam can hear the confusion in her voice.

"You guys hungry? Well, actually, you're always hungry." Sam says. "We got eggs, pancakes, bacon."

"Like... meat bacon?" Libby asks.

"Yeah." Sam nods.

"You made meat bacon?" Libby asks.

"Yeah." Sam nods again, a small laugh leaving him.

"Are you feeling okay?" She feels his face for a fever. Sam rolls his eyes, gently pushing her hand away.

"I'm fine. Very funny." Sam says.

"No, I'm being serious." Libby says.

"Just eat some breakfast." Sam states.

The three teenagers all fix their own plates of food, Ophelia being the only one to not get bacon since she doesn't really like it.

They sit at the table and start eating.

"Hey." Dean walks in.

"Hey." Eileen greets.

"Ho-ho!" Sam exclaims. "Look who's alive."

"Yeah, mostly." Dean chuckles.

"You hungry? We have, uh, eggs, pancakes, bacon." Sam says.

"It's actual bacon." Libby states.

"That's real bacon? Really? Cause, you know, you..." Dean trails off as he looks between the other two adults. "Are you two hungover?"

"We might've gotten just a little carried away with the margaritas last night." Eileen admits.

"Ho-ho! I knew I liked you." Dean says.

"Sit. Eat." Eileen tells him.

"No, no. Uh, nah, I can't." Dean objects.

"W-W-Wait. Wait. You're turning down bacon?" Sam asks.

"Maybe he's sick." Libby mumbles.

"Mm, yes, yeah. And not sick. I'm actually... I'm gonna head out." Dean says.

"Okay, fine. Just give us a second to wrap this up and we'll come with you." Sam says.

"No, no, no. No. I'm-- I'm... I'm good. You guys stay, eat. It smells terrific." Dean says, walking out. Sam looks at Ophelia.

"I'm not going." She states, stuffing a forkful of pancakes in her mouth. Sam rushes out after his brother. After a few minutes, Sam returns.

"Is he okay?" Eileen asks.

"I think. It's funny. After everything with Chuck, uh, Dean was so... down I-I-I thought he wouldn't get back up again, but... but now, him leaving? That's progress. Right?" Sam asks.

"Yeah, it is." Eileen nods.

The three teenagers, Eileen, and Cas stand in the infirmary as Sam sits on the bed.

"Cas, are you sure about this?" Sam asks.

"No, but I am sure I can't heal the wound. Maybe I can probe it." Cas states.

"Probe it?" Sam questions.

"I don't like the sound of that." Libby says.

"Study it, see if it can lead us to Chuck." Cas explains.
