Ophelia walks into the kitchen, ready to make waffles for her and Nathan, plus whoever else wants to eat them. She walks in just as Dean is walking out.

"Hey--" Dean tries, but Ophelia ignores him, heading into the kitchen. Dean rolls his eyes, walking away.

Ophelia spots Sam with a piece of bacon in his hand.

"No, no, wait, Uncle Sam, that isn't--" She winces as Sam takes a bite of the bacon while giving her a confused look. The confused look quickly turns into disgust as he spits the bacon out.

"That-- that's real bacon, Dean." Sam calls and Dean appears in the entryway.

"You're damn right it is." Dean points at himself. "Meat Man!" Dean walks away.

"I did try to warn you." Ophelia says.

"Yeah. Yeah, thanks." Sam says. "You making waffles?" He asks and she nods. "I'll take a couple of those, I guess. But I'm also gonna make some eggs."

"I can make you bacon." Ophelia offers.

"Oph, I just--"

"No, no, the bacon you want." Ophelia says.

"What?" Sam asks, sitting at the counter across from her.

"Yeah." Ophelia opens the freezer and pulls out a pack of veggie bacon he always asks for.

"You're joking." Sam chuckles, taking the uncooked meat from her.

"Nope." She shakes her head.

"This isn't some sort of extremely planned out joke that you spent a lot of time on, is it?" Sam asks.

"Of course not. See, unlike my father, I am a nice person." Ophelia states.

"How'd you get it past him?" Sam asks. "He would've thrown it out if he saw it."

"He rarely goes in the freezer, so." Ophelia shrugs.

"Thanks, Ophi." Sam softly smiles, Ophelia able to feel his appreciation.

"So do you want me to cook it, or...?"

"I can cook it, honey."

"No, I can cook it. And the eggs and still cook my waffles."

"This isn't a pity thing, is it? Libby and I have been pretty locked up the past few days."

"Lot of Tangled?" Ophelia asks.

"A lot of Tangled." Sam nods. "I don't think those songs are ever getting out of my head. I can probably recite the whole film by now."

"I've been able to do that since 2012, so, join the club." Ophelia says.

"But, really, this isn't a pity thing. A pity thing is letting Libby have my 2 AM ice cream sundae that I was really, really craving."

"Is that where she was the other night?"

"Yep." Ophelia nods.

"Children." Sam sighs, Ophelia smiling. "But, still, I-I can cook it."

"No, I can cook it. You go... do whatever. Or sit and talk if you have nothing to do, cause you're already dressed and ready for the day, so..." Ophelia says.

"Can I at least help you make the waffles?" Sam asks, feeling bad that she's doing everything.

"If you must." Ophelia overdramatically sighs.

"I must." Sam says, his tone just as overdramatic as her sigh. He gets up and rounds to her side of the counter. While she gets all the ingredients out, Sam manages to quickly place a kiss on her head.
