"It's about time you answered! Where were you" Jules asked over the phone. Sonic was in boys bathroom on the phone with his abusive father. "Sorry, I was in class when you called" sonic said. "What time do you think you'd be home, I miss my little slut~". A shiver ran down his spine. He didn't want to go back, he wanted to stay with shadow and live out the rest of his life in peace. "I don't know..." He said. "Well it better be soon" Jules said and hung up. Sonic put his phone back in his pocket and looked at his reflection in the mirror. For the first time, he saw his face with no new cuts or bruises. He really didn't want to leave shadow and go back to his father, this life he has living with shadow was great. He walked out of the bathroom when the bell rang and made his way to lunch.
Shadow pov.
"Oh shadow, you're so handsome~" Amy said as she stood in front of me. I was being held hostage by her and her friends again. Rouge was here too, she been begging to take her back but I kept rejecting her. We were sitting at the outside cafeteria when I saw sonic walking passed to his friends.
