Shadow POV.
I waited anxiously for Sonic to come back. I didn't trust Rouge or any of the girls she brought with her. I heard footsteps coming downstairs. I turned and saw Sonic at the bottom of the stairs in the most revealing thing I had ever seen but it was so beautiful on him. Sonic stepped closer and purred. "Do I look good?" He asked. My throat was dry, I couldn't say anything. I just grabbed his face and kissed him. "You look amazing" I purred. I could hear the girls awe. But Rouge and Blaze had spiteful looks. "Anyway, we still have to get ready!" Rouge said.
It was night time by the time the girls were done getting ready. My mom was standing by the door. "Oh, my baby boy is all grown up" my mom said. The limo she rented pulled up in front of the house. I escorted Sonic to the limo and Amy followed. I was about to get in when I heard Rouge. "Wait for us!" She said as her group approached me. "Wait, you're not riding with us" I said. "And why not? Amy gets to ride" Wave said. "Unlike her, I don't trust you or anyone in your group" I said. Rouge was about to speak but Sonic spoke instead. "Come on Shadow, let them ride with us. Just this once" Sonic said. I sighed and moved aside to let them in.
Sonic POV.
I was filled with anxiety the ride there. I've never been to a high school party. I've heard about them but I never got invited. We made it to the house and everyone was there. Music was blasting so loud that I could hear it outside. People were talking outside and were walking in. We got out the car and I held Shadow's hand as we headed inside.
