Earth 7
Y/n's View

"No, that doesn't sound right." I say.

I can't think, hard to breathe

"We should just do this when we get back in town." Tommy says yawning.

"Are you tired?" I ask.

"Obviously, you were talking in your sleep and kept me up." Tommy says.

I've been talking in my sleep

"What'd I say?" I ask.

"Something about Tate, which makes sense." Tommy says.

As it should be.

But I'm loving every second of it, oh-oh

There's a knock on the door and Tommy gets up.

"Y/n!" Tate says running in.

Tate hugs me tightly and I smile.

How you pull me to you
Got me stuck like crazy glue
I'm addicted but ain't gonna quit, whoa, whoa

I've been in love with Tate since we met for the first time but I've never had the guts tell her. She's everything I'd ever need.

Your lips a time bomb
One kiss and I'm gone
Tick-tock and my heart goes
Boom, boom, boom, oh-oh

There are millions of people who want me but Tate has my heart.

Caught up in your chains
But I can't complain
On my mind, what am I to do?

"I missed you so much. How are you?" Tate says.

"I'm good." I say.

Tommy mumbles something and leaves the room.

"How are you?" I ask.

Enough about me
Let's talk about you

"Better now that you're in town. You didn't have to get a hotel, you and Tommy could've crashed at my place." Tate says.

"I think your mom has seen me longer than she bargained for." I say.

My mom died in a car crash and my dad died of a heart attack 2 days later when I was 8. Tommy and I had to move to Canada and live with Tate's family until we moved back to New York a little after we turned 20.

"You should just tell her that you like her." Tucker says.

"What?" I ask.

"I see the way you look at her. When you met her 12 years ago, you had that same look in your eye." Tucker says.

And how you drive me crazy
With everything you do, everything that you do

"I look at her like that because I love her as a friend." I say.

Enough about me
I wanna talk about you

"You can't tell but she looks at you the same way." Tucker says.

So I can hear you say
That you want me, that you want me, too
Enough about me

"Really?!" I ask.

"I mean—" I say.

"Everyone knows." Tucker says.

And it's falling since I've fallen for you, oh-oh

"You know my mom loves you, maybe even a little more than me." Tate says.
