Oneshots Byler

This one-shot is AFTER season 3 and the byers didn't move. Everything happened a few months ago so everyone (kind of) recovered.

Will, Mike, dustin and lucas all wanted to go on a vacation and were planning what they'd do and where they'd go.
Of course they wanted to take the girls but they wanted to do something themselves since they haven't in a long time.

Dustin wanted to take Steve so Johnathan also just tagged along since Will also didn't want to be alone.
Will and Mike's fight months ago still stuck with him but he would never in a million years admit that. So they were all driving to the hotel they were staying at. It was pretty far from Hawkins and there was this huge beach near the hotel. They got there after a 3 hour drive. Steve and Johnathan both got out their cars and everyone else did too. Will slept the whole way since he didn't get a lot of sleep at night. They all got their things and went inside to the reception.

"Hello. Welcome to our hotel whats the name." A middle aged woman asked which sounded extremely sick of her job. "Harrington" Steve said putting down the bags. "Yeah no there's no Harrington in the system." The woman looked with a death stare up at the boys. "But we already got the rooms?" Dustin said. "The only thing I can do for you is get you double bed rooms. If you dont want that you can get out that door." The woman pointed at the door behind them. "Okey fine we'll just take 3 rooms then." Johnathan said. "M'kay here's the keys." The woman held out three keys and Steve took them.

So now they all went to the lounge to talk. "Okey so who shares their room with who." Johnathan asked looking at Steve. "I don't really care what about you guys." Dustin said. Will thought for a sec but then just shook his head as in saying he also didn't care.
"You really aren't making this any less complicated... I'll choose for you then. Sinclair, Henderson you get one. Wheeler,small byers you guys share. And you byers come with me." Steve decided handing out the keys. All their rooms were on different floors which was bad enough. So everyone got their bags and they separated their ways.
Will and mike didn't talk and it seemed really awkward between them. They stood infront of the room while Mike put in the keys. "You go in first" Mike started. "Uh Okey.. " Will went inside and turned on the light. The room was not the biggest but also not that small.
He looked around the corner and there he saw the bed. His bag fell to the floor and he just stared at whatever was around the corner for a minute "whats up-.." then Mike saw it too. It was only one bed and not a big one. It was really small. They both knew that the receptionist would not care if they complained about it.
"I guess we're sharing huh?" Mike let out after a while putting his hand on Will's shoulder untill he realized how dumb that was. Will looked at Mike who was putting his bags down next to one side of the bed. The thought of Mike sleeping next to him made Will feel kind of weird in the stomach. They were already really tired from the long ride. Will did sleep in the car but he really didn't feel less tired after. Will put his bags down and got out some clothes to change into. He sat down on the bed and took off his shirt. Mike saw from the corner of his eye and took peaks even if he only saw Will's back. He didn't know why he suddenly found it so interesting and catched himself almost reaching out to touch Will. He let out a sigh to which Will reacted.
"Are you alright Mike?" Will asked still not in his shirt but turned around facing Mike who also turned to him. "Uhhh yea of course why do you ask?" He looked into Will's eyes. "You seem off" Will said now putting on his shirt while Mike stared at him. "No- no.. I'm fine" he answered quickly looking away. He also grabbed clothes and changed quickly.

They both laid down but couldn't seem to fall asleep, infact they kept getting more awake. Sometimes their legs would touch which made both flustered. Mike kept thinking about the fight and how sorry he felt about what he said. He turned around to face Will who was doing the same. "Hey Will?" Mike whispered. "Hey Mike?" Will answered which made the both of them giggle. "God i miss this..." Mike whispered after all the giggles "Miss what?" Will asked him still smiling. "Miss being with you or like I rather... I miss you.." Mike said sounding sad. Will didn't know what to say. "I just feel like I always ruin everything and only realize when its too late.. like us you know?" Mike felt like crying he just felt so bad and kept repeating his own words in his head.
He suddenly felt arms wrap around him. Wills legs and mikes were tangled up and they hugged for a long time. Mike was sobbing and Will started to do the same. "Stop crying I'll cry too..." Will said through his tears. Mike laughed a little and pulled Will closer. He didn't think before acted but he put his hand onto Will's head and pulled him into his chest. Will was extremely flustered by that and just kept hugging Mike so thats how they fell asleep, all cuddled up.

The next morning Will woke up first feeling warm. Will felt really good which was weird since he normally had nightmares and felt like shit. But not this time. He slowly opened his eyes to find Mikes face right infront of his own. He was startled at first and then realized how Mike's arms and legs were completely wrapped around his body.
He was really flustered. Thats when Mike also woke up he didn't open his eyes but when he did he thought he was dreaming. He saw Will's messy hair and just put them behind his ear now seeing Will stare right at him. He still thought it was a dream and smiled. This wasn't the first time he had this kind of a dream. But this felt really real.
"Mike?" Will asked trying to get his arm out of Mike's hug. Instead of letting go Mike pulled Will closer and hugged him more. "Are you real.?.." Mike asked obviously still half asleep. "Yes but...are you Okey?" Will asked Mike who put his hand onto Will's face. "Wait really?" Mike asked now staring at Will's face starting to wake up entirely. Then he realized what exactly he is doing and literally jumped back. He jumped so hard back that he fell off. Mike was as red as a tomato. Thats when they heard knocking at the door. "Byers,Wheeler where the heck are you guys we're still waiting!" Steve shouted from outside the door. Mike and Will stood up as fast they could and ran to the door. There they saw the group all in swim clothes. "Sorry guys you go ahead we just woke up" Will said scratching his head awkwardly. "Alright..." Dustin said looking suspiciously at Mike. "Why the heck is your face so red." Lucas asked now also looking. "Uhhhh" Mike looked at Will for help. "It doesn't matter let's go" Johnathan now pulled the boys away giving Will and Mike a thumbs up and knowing smile. Will closed the door and looked at Mike. "Lets go change." "UHHH YEAAH." Mike answered getting his swim clothes going into the bathroom while Will changed in the bedroom.
"Mike you've been in there for a while are you Okey?" Will asked after 10 minutes. "Yeah sorry just a sec." Mike was actually having a crisis in there but he wouldn't admit that. So he quickly put on his clothes and then went out.
Both of them made their way to the beach still not talking a lot.
