You go outside where the party was at next to the pool. You stand by the drinks playing on your phone until a random guy comes up and hits on you.
"Hey pretty lady," the guy gave you a wink and You just rolled your eyes. "Sorry not interested." You smile and try to walk away but he grabs your arm,"I'm the male, I'm stronger than you woman combined, so I suggest you listen." You laugh and punch him.
Everyone was watching and Jacob runs over and pulls you off the guy. "Hey it's okay, he's just trying to get under your skin." He had a calm voice that you really liked about him.
Jacob took you inside and sat you on the couch and sitting next to you. "What happened?" He asked. "He was hitting on me and I tried to give him the hint but when I tried walking away he grabbed my arm and started saying sexist shit." You squeeze Jacobs hand in anger and he pats your back.
"Wanna dance?" He held out his hand and smiles. You take his hand and danced for what felt like forever. "Thank you Jacob." You laid my head on his chest as we danced. He nodded and felt a smile appear on his face.
You guys danced until the party was over and you all headed to bed. You couldn't sleep all you kept thinking about was how fun the party was with Jacob there. Dancing together was the best part showed he had a little interest.
You stayed up all night thinking about Jacob and that night you shared together. It was the best feeling you have ever felt. "I think I'm in love with Jacob Day.." you whisper.
