After choir, school was over, but Emily insisted me to stay for a couple of minuets to meet some people, so I gave in.

"Hey guys! This is Lila, she's new here." Emily said to a couple of people sitting on a lunch table.

There were 7 guys, and 2 girls, I only recognized 6 faces out of the 9. There was Calum, Ashton, Michael, Julie, and Haylee. And the other 3 unidentified faces looked at me, it seemed to be an expression of shock. But who knows.

"Hey Lila." Luke grinned.

"Oh, Hi." I replied.

"So, Lila," Emily interrupted, "that's Justin, Drake, and Jake. And you know Ashton, Michael, and Calum."

"Oh, Yeah. Hey guys." I awkwardly said.

"Hey there pretty lady. How's it going?" Said one of the guys, I'm guessing was Justin, as he draped his arm around my shoulders.

"Oh.. um. Hi?" I questioned.

"Justin. Leave her alone." Luke chuckled.

"Alright. Alright." Justin said in defeat as he let go.

"So Lila, I guess since were neighbors. Do you want to walk home together?" Luke asked me.

"Oh, sure. See you later guys." I waved.

"bye" they all murmured.

Half of the walk home was filled with awkward silence. Until Luke jumped in, "so, How do you like it here?" He questioned.

"It's awesome here, I've met great people so far." I smiled.

"Is that including me?" He smirked.

"Maybe.." I giggled.
