We woke up that morning and I walked to my house quickly, got dressed, then me and Luke met at the end of my driveway, and walked to school hand-in-hand.

We got to school and the first class we had was choir together, so we made it through that, then the rest of the day went by really fast, the last period I had was P.E. and I had that class with Ashton and Calum, so it was pretty funny.

When P.E. was over I was walking home alone because Luke had band practice and I just felt like walking home alone.

When I was walking I had my earbuds in and I was listening to Holiday by Green Day.

Then I felt a hand tap my left shoulder.

I turned around to find out that it was my ex-boyfriend, Jack. The same guy that I had run into at the movies.

(Also, by the way. The same time I had moved to Australia, he had too. Coincidence, right? A bad one...)

"What do you want Jack?" I huffed.

"Whoa, no need to be a bitch. I just wanted to ask why you were walking home alone without Luke." He angrily smirked.

"Don't call me that Jack. And why I'm walking alone? That's not any of you business." I spat.

"Well looks like no ones here to stop me from doing this." He said.

As confused as I was, I gave him a weird look. After he said that all I saw was a fist pummeling into my right cheek, then I fell to the sidewalk.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" I screamed.

"What you deserved." He evilly grinned before kicking my ribcage.

I yelped when his foot made contact with my ribcage.

"You were never good enough." He smirked.

"You didn't deserve it." I puffed.

"Well. I do deserve watching you in pain." He said.

"You don't deserve anything from me." I yelled.

"If you would just cooperate with me, maybe this wouldn't happen." He laughed before again, punching me, but this time in the jaw line.

That was what I remembered before I saw two headlights of a car, then a figure jump out of the car, I couldn't make up who it was or what exactly what was happening because everything was blurry, but then Jack turned around, looked at the person running from the car then looked back at me, slapped my face, kicked my thigh, then the person running towards us punched Jack in the face, Jack then fell to the floor. That's all I remember before everything went black.
