Lila's P.O.V.
"Trust me, Lila. It is." He assured me, even though it's not. What I did to Luke 3 years was unessecary. I didn't let him explain, when I should have.
"It's not, okay? Leave it as that." I argued.
He just sighed. Then a tense silence overcame us.
"Lila?" He broke the silence.
I just hummed ad a sign for him to continue.
"Remember what I last said to you? Three years ago?" He asked.
"Uh, I don't think so." I stuttered.
"I said I love you, and I won't ever stop." He murmured.
"And I wasn't lying." He finished.
Before I knew it, his lips were on mine.
The warm, pink lips that I've missed for three, crappy years.
I felt his cold lip ring as our lips moved slowly in sync.
He and I both pulled away at the same time.
I looked at him in wide eyes.
"I-I'm sorry." He stuttered.
"Its okay." I whispered, barely audible.
"I-uhm. I gotta go." I said.
Just then, I turned around and walked away.
"I still love you, too." I muttered, not sure if he heard me because I was about 4 feet away from him.
Luke's P.O.V.
I kissed her. Why did I kiss her? It was a wrong move.
"I-I'm sorry." I stuttered.
"Its okay." She whispered.
"I-uhm. I gotta go." She said. What? Why? No!
She turned around and started walking away.
She was about 3 feet away from me,when I heard her say something.
It went along the lines of "I still love you, too." I think. If I'm correct, then I would be the happiest person on the earth right now.
"Lila! Please don't go!" I shouted.
She turned around and faced me, tears streaming down her cheeks.
"I don't know what to do." She replied, her voice hoarse.
"I do." I said before I ran up to her, and hugged her. I hugged her tight.
Lila's P.O.V.
It felt so right to be in his arms again. He still had the same scent on him. He was still warm. He was still the most comfortable person to hug. He was still making.me feel safe in his arms.
He was still the same Luke from three years ago.I quietly sobbed in his arms.
"I still love you, too." She whispered.
I smiled down at her as she looked up at me.
"I never stopped." she muttered once more.
